IRDAI stands for Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. It was formed by the Proposal of Malhotra Committee in 1999 and became a statuatory body in the year 2000. Like SEBI is for Companies, IRDAI is for Insurance company as defined under Insurance Act of 1938. Got all this knowledge this semester by studying Banking And Insurance Laws which is a part of Corporate Law under B.A.LL.B course.
I have a question. So if a patient has a pre existing illness...let's say an autoimmune disease which occurred in 2003, can it still be included in pre existing illness?
In 2020 I was diagnosed cancer and mera treatment 19 jan 2021 mein complete ho chuka hai abhi mein bilkul thik hoon aur follow up mein bhi mein thik hoon aur dr ne bhi mujhe ek letter diya hai cancer free ka ,kya mujhe health insurance milega .
Mera home loan hai 10 % pe 20 lac ka ... But mujhe dar hai ki bank wale khi percentage na badade rapo rate ki wajah se ... Mae apni loan ki % kese nikalu kese pta rakhu Bhai mad karo
