Maybe not primary phone? I know that there's people that still use 6s as primary but they don't have the choice or money to get other phone. You can use this phone as secondary and media consumption device tho.
Mine slowed way down after the last update last month. Battery life changed too. I just had the battery replaced 2 months before it. Sadly, I had to buy another newer iPhone. My 6s was perfect for all these years. RIP my little headphone jack buddie
Just got one 2 days ago, using it as a backup. It is surprisingly fast for a 10 year old phone, the only issue is the battery lasts only a little over 3 hours. Other than that I love it and I miss the aluminum design. The aluminum frame and back makes it feel a lot more premium than the newer iPhones.

Iphone 6 isn't really nostalgic though?? Although I will admit that all phones since the 5 have a timeless design that doesn't look outdated, but not really nostalgic compared to the t9 and quarterly keyboard phones from the 2000s. Even the og iPhone is *NOT* nostalgic to me, due to the fact that they haven't really changed and whatever - this is after I saw it in a museum! Yes I like apple for editing as opposed to android, but other than that, Apple is boring
iPhone 6S is honestly the best. It still has iOS 15 and its battery is great, the screen is amazing and the camera is actually amazing for its age. The iPhone 6s might just be my favourite phone to exist❤

I really hope apple bring back the thin design and home button in the future! I loved my 6s that I got for xmas 2015 and then got the 8 in 2018, xr in 2019, 11 in 2020, 13 pro in 2021 and I've had my 14 pro max since February last year
Iphone 6s is such a soldier, i used it for 4 years and my uncle before me used it for 3 years AND i literally broke the phone multiple times liks one time in literally opened up that i could see battery etc. but IT KEPT WORKIN. i i lost it on a random day while i was texting an angry message as a joke. My first phone, my prays with u.
missing my 6s and 6s plus so much...if it werent for the old age, lagging and constant battery drain, I would still keep them. It was so beautiful and comfortable to use. It's still good for calling and texting I guess.
A factory reset might of helped the lag, *slightly.* And the battery drain can be fixed with a new battery, I will say, that it's definitely going to be bad compared to new phones.
@@JesusIovesyouu I refuse to use the SE unless they're gonna do a big screen like the iPhone X. I just got the XS Max. Although the battery life is average, it's still running smoothly. I have no issue using and playing game on this phone. Eventually I will upgrade to the 12/13 next year unless if the XS Max gets the iOS 18 then I could keep it for another year :)

I use my SE 2016 as music player at home. My 6s as a kindle or ebook reader by using color correction grayscale to mimic e-ink display. have I known that before I would not have bought a kindle. It costed me so much money. Other phones serve as my CCTV for my pets when I'm away. I just install camera app from the play store. You see I'm a tech hoarder too 😅. So I try to use them for different purposes 😉
I mainly collect them so I also don’t use them as much as I use my main phone. But when I do, I use them to listen to music, podcasts or audiobooks. I also still use them for playing games, reading Webtoons, and for watching RUclips, Netflix & Tiktok videos. 😉
I'm using an iphone 6s and it's barely usable without battery saver. It always got to be on battery saver, if it's not battery just lasts about an hour. Always got a power bank, it's on life support 😭

bruh my parents had a old iphone 6s and they still have it but they wont give it to me since THEY got new phones and basically the iphone 6s is "useless" cuz the screen is cracked and the touch id doesnt work anymore. i keep asking them to this day if i can have it and get it repaired.
6s isnt bad but it has some problems like battery, storage etc i have 6s and its so slow and my storage is 16 gb so i cant even download a game i only have youtube instagram and pinterest, nothing else 😾
