Before visiting this place think twice because place is beautiful however services was worst no care taker available no facilities even that owner her name was Poonam Soni she was even disconnecting our calls while asking for facilities don't go this property if anyone wanted to waste their money then you're okay to go

How safe is the property? Looks like there are literally no one may be one or two staffs..
Yeah the property is not too crowded but has the security gaurds and locals around so it is pretty safe ✌🏻
1.The property had a swimming pool which was the main attraction which interested us but is was not at all clean.
2.In food you have very very limited options you need carry packed food or instant food if you are foodie. No good option available near by. Only oily pakoda and bhaji.
3. Privacy is one factor which I want to highlight as anyone can climb the wall and enter in the premises.
4. There is network and connectivity issue too. Provided wifi does not work properly.
5. The owner is not co-operative she is taking the full payment at the time of booking and also advance of 3k so once you visit there you are stuck and don’t have any other option but just to bear these things and at the time of check out they are not providing advance instantly and blaming that towels and glasses are missing and delaying to return advance payment refund.
Overall I think it was pathetic experience to visit this property. I will suggest not to visit place just to waste your money and spoil your mood.

I had contacted this property and the price is as follows. The blogger should also post or share details of cost correctly and transparent..you shud have mentioned the below details as well.
5500 is only for weekdays - Mon to Thursday that too 2 persons per night
6500 is only for weekdays - Mon to Thursday that upto 4 persons per night
7500 2 or upto 4 person weekend - Friday to Sunday per night
Hello Parag, if you would have actually watched the video you would have noticed that the DETAILED PRICING IS MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO ITSELF. (Bilkul jaise aapne likha hai yaha waise hi, please video theek se dekho) 😊
Now this is a one year old video and that time the price mentioned was 5500 for 4 people on weekdays but as a lot of time has passed since the villa owners have changed the price now a bit, which is perfectly normal if you're a regular in visiting resorts and stays you'd understand that.
So kindly do not accuse anyone specially me of providing incorrect information just on the basis of your half knowledge and ignorance. Its a request. 🙏🏻
Hi Shama - dont have to be so offensive, defensive etc.... just because i suggested something, you got so angry that you told me that I have half knowledge and ignored. People do not ignore the amount of time invested in research of budget stays, keep half knowledge and then will book the property.
Anyways, I follow your channel and like to watch your videos, but unnecessary backfiring at the viewer is not at all appreciated. You should have taken this positively and nowhere in my comments i have accused you. If you take it negatively then it will be your loss. Worst experience we had at this place
Owner is very Unprofessional and staff is Non Cooperative
After a 5 minutes of Rain the whole Private Swimming Pool got feel with Mud/Soil water when we Called Owner he said it's a Act of God. Electricity Supply issue at this place for 7-8 hrs AC don't work
Delivery charges for Food is extra. trust me this place is waste of your hard earn money.

They can accomodate more than 4 but I feel Upto 4 people can have a more comfortable stay considering it is only 1 bhk. 👍🏻
Just visited this place overhyped by bloggers, worst ever experience there,
1) Wifi not working
2) No network/ no intercom
3) No service even delivery charges for inhouse food
4) very dirty swimming pool
5) No proper toiletries
6) Very unhygienic
7) No food service after 8:0 pm
8) Food quality also below average,
Ensure to take your packed food if plan for this place.

I believe dis video was a yr ago. I went last wk following your recommendation. Nothing against u, u shared ur experience. But I had an extremely bad experience. Now dis property is run down, needs repairs and major cleaning. There r moulds insects cobwebs. The owner is extremely rude. Rates r much higher than displayed. No inclusion of any meals. Advance non refundable payment + deposit of 3K, for such poor facilities. Safety issues, since anyone can pop in thro the clumsy fencing + no caretaker around in the night.

Yes I just visited this property almost 4 days back. The price that they are charging it's not that worth. I couldn't even enjoy the swimming pool area as there was around 5 to 6 frogs and many crabs in the swimming pool during the evening time.
I call the caretaker and he gave the reply that you must have kept the lights on😅
And also the property needs alot of maintenance.
The property is just good for clicking photographs and not for enjoying the moments.
