Went complete opposite of this tip Spent like 500k on the house cant sell it.. then bought trevors masion then sold it by accident and cant get it back...

I think you did great on the flip!! i think its a bit silly they make you buy your first house without all the tools unlocked but thats just me. PS - When you unlock the new area make sure to look at the new houses you can buy. They put your house in the game!! :D

i love de details in this game but i miss the assembling this one feels more like a game too me house flipper 1 so too speak was more like a simulater too me
Nope, they just come ready made. You can learn how to assemble things one time and it saves you a small amount of money each time you buy it but thats it.
