i was with my little cousin and we were hiking up a little mountain he was 4 i think and i was 6 or seven we went across the river (my sister helped my little cousin but stayed somewhere else to watch us) and we were going up until i heard baboons and i shouted to my sister to get my little cousin because i couldn't pick him up and we ran across the river, i'll never forget that day

The most aggressive animal in the world is my neighbours dog. It literally attacks everything that moves. Any animal person or vehicle that moves it will try to attack. Its been doing it for years.
I guess it's because of behavior. tigers attack because they view their prey as food. The animals on this list attack the victims despite not being a food source which is an aggressive trait. But I have seen that video of a tiger jumping on top of an elephant and biting the elephant rider which is aggressive af. However tigers are likely to retreat from prey if it appears to be a hard kill since they have to conserve their energy due to being solitary animals.
