Hi! So mine is closing as soon as I open live TV or movies/series. I’ve had this for 1.5 years and their support isn’t getting back to me. Do you happen to have a solution for this?

Also some TVs if a channel freezes “froze image on screen” but you can still hear it turn off an on an you switch HDMI or freeview an they work you just need to unplug mains plug to tv.

it runs fine on my 4k firestick except, sometimes the channels dont change. The audio changes, but the video sticks. I end up having to toggle back and forth between channels. Eventually, it does work. But it gets frustrating every time I switch channels and deal with it. I tried deleting the app, and reloading it, but i get the same issue. The app works fine on my old firestick. I ended up using Xtreme player. Don't like the format, but it works. Wish I could figure out what the issue with smarters pro is.

If your IPTV is stuck on "List Users" with a "Please wait" message:
Check your internet connection.
Restart the IPTV app or device.
Restart your router or modem.
Clear the app cache if possible.
Verify IPTV server status.
Update the IPTV app.
Contact IPTV support if issues persist.
