      God, you know, the hatefulness here is truly unlike anything I’ve ever seen. So much confidence from a bunch of basement trolls who, based on your collective obsession with her (some of y’all having over thirty comments on her vids, having a radar for when any incel posts his whiny review, using a thesaurus to find any mean words you can to describe her appearance), probably have an ED or at least a deep obsession with diet culture as a whole.
      You know, EDs are awful on the heart from all the yo-yoing back and forth, and I can’t *imagine* you guys aren’t straining yourself. I can hear the veins poppy through your ghostly foreheads from over here. Do yourself a favor and get an actual life before your heart blows up on you. You’re all gonna end up looking like gollum from wish. And at least gollum guarded a ring when all you have is the ring of crust where your stanley sits after a long, hard, healthy day of writing mean comments.
      See? People can make a bunch of assumptions about you too. Take a shot at coming up with something a middle schooler wouldn’t do, but I probably won’t read it. Burned too much calories on this already…oof lmfao

      Hey, my parents also aren't letting me skip meals because I'm often not feeling hungry throughout the busy days I have, good advice is just have something in your bag, a little sandwich or maybe some snacks, my parents are expecting me to have a lunchbox that they know is full and they also expect me to bring this lunchbox empty home, this helps because it's allowing you to eat something small that will help you last for a while but then you'll need more food because you'll feel like it, it's a little solution and will only help for a while, during this time you should work on strengthening your hunger and fullness ques

      b) emotional hunger → meet underlying needs like safety, connection, self-expression...

    Thank you for this video. I've been struggling with my eating habits for some time now, especially when it comes to binge eating. This usually happens in the evening, and also when I stray slightly from my diet plan, and I'm like "since I've already cheated, might as well go to the full length and eat as much food as possible, then I can start again tomorrow". However usually it takes me more than one day to get back to the diet regime, since deep down, my body and mind doesn't want to feel restricted when it comes to food again. Overall, thank you video since I've been meaning to try intuitive eating, but I was scared that I would use it as an excuse to eat whatever I want, whenever I want, and go even more out of control 😅. Anyway, I'll try see how this goes following this advice and hopefully it will work 😊🍀😊

    it can be really hard when you're living on a strict budget and health influencers are constantly shaming people for not eating to their very specific, VERY expensive diets, especially when they back it up with "science." i think a video discussing some common myths about "cheap" options (eg frozen produce vs fresh) could be helpful.....it would be helpful for me at least lolz :o)

    Hello! would you ever want to do a video showing what you eat and how it changes your body during the day? As someone young I know a lot of girls struggle with how their stomachs get bigger after eating. I am personally happy with my weight and am not afraid of foods for how many calories, sugar, etc., they have but i know i don't eat enough because of how self-conscious i feel of my bloated belly (even if its not that much) and as a athlete i am losing weight and my period. (this also causes me to not drink enough water as it too makes my stomach bigger) It doesn't seem to help that so many influencers look so slim all day long or like they maintain their morning skinny. Also how much bloating or distension is normal? I also think this causes so many gut issues because my digestion is so slow and I am never hungry until I am suddenly super hungry like 9 hours after a small breakfast then get really full with a distended stomach from a normal sized meal and feel guilty. Anyone else have this problem. I just want to be able to enjoy food even when not hungry and not have to go places without eating so I maintain my morning skinny. (sorry for this massive paragraph)

    • @Yana-fj2ij
      @Yana-fj2ij Месяц назад

      Omg I too struggle with this. This is one of the main reasons it’s so hard for me to fully recover from disordered eating. In my experience of being in treatment, NOT body checking is what you need to do especially after meals. I don’t always listen to this rule but I try to avoid body checking right after meals and ask myself how do I physically FEEL Instead of look? Most people don’t base there fullness from how distended there stomach looks but rather how they feel internally. But people with disordered eating and body dysmorphia do. But reminding myself that sorta helps remind my brain that it is a disordered thought pattern that can’t be a trust worthy source to listen to

    • @Savanna-y3t4j
      @Savanna-y3t4j Месяц назад

      @@Yana-fj2ij Thank you for sharing! I know this but it can be really hard. It actually really helps me to see people who have a healthy relationship with food having the same experience and to talk about how much distension is normal (like Colleen). Some days like today I feel really bloated and I think it is because I have a sensitive gut from previous undernourishment. It is especially hard for me at school and in sports.

    • @Yana-fj2ij
      @Yana-fj2ij Месяц назад

      @@Savanna-y3t4j I completely understand. Just remember even people with healthy digestion experience stomach distension when eating! The food has to go somewhere. In my experience The more you restrict the more intense the bloating will feel when actually eating proper amounts! The few times being in treatment for disordered eating I was always extremely bloating in the beginning but over time it does get less intense as your body learns what it’s like to eat proper amounts. But unfortunately it took being consistent with eating enough and having many days of crying so much due to mental and physical discomfort of how my stomach looked. It’s one of those things that will take time & patience but I know it’s 100% not easy at all

      @@Yana-fj2ij Thank you so much! This makes me feel so much better. I am working on finding out how much a proper amount is for me because I am not a volume eater and I am a pretty small person. I try to find high calorie (but not junk) foods to properly fuel myself.
