Battery backup up is very low max 3 hours as it has a 1200mh battery It has no battery charging complete indicator If you see its teardown video in youtube then you will know it has only 2, 5w 3 ohm speakers which makes total output of 10 watts but company claims it's 24 watts

There is person who deals with your problem. On cancellation you will not get any refund. It is totally wastage of money like throwing money in dustbin .
