As such, there is only one stop on the Western River Railroad in order to avoid having to charge fares and to allow the use of passenger cars that are not fully enclosed, which would not be allowed otherwise. The law was eventually abolished on April 1, 1987
Monday can be busy and crowded. It's best to go between Tuesday-Friday if you can. Also there's no park hopping so it's best to go at least 2 days so you can also visit Disney Sea, which I highly recommend.
