At first, one must aim for good NLUs, including NLU Delhi and Delhi University, Faculty of Law. But NLUs are costly too, so if there are budget constraints, opt for DULLM or other good colleges like GLC, mumbai.... Bangalore University, and similar ones. If you don't get into these colleges too, then see reputed private law schools like symbiosis, jindal, Christ, etc.
Mam if two people are there one llb and other llm who will get more preference in law firm ..and are there special law firms for specialization for an example corporate lawyer ke liye apna law firm , commercial lawyer ke liye apna law firm .
Mostly it is seen that LLM holders are preferred. But there might be some exceptions if the LLB grad candidate is really a talented one. And yes, there are law firms which specialize in specific areas and deal only those cases which belong to that area. For example, Anand & Anand for IPR.

LLM + UGC NET ke baad aap kisi bhi law Institute me Assistant professor ki job ke liye apply kr sakti hain. Ph.D is not mandatory.

LLM is a degree, not a diploma. It's called post graduation (PG) in law.
