I like the new ES8. Has become much nicer both exterior and interior. My compliments to the designers at NIO. If they come to Belgium I will be a buyer for this model.
Your review of the newly released models is informative and objective. Separately, I would have believed otherwise if you had not mentioned that English is your second language. Thanks for the review, and we look forward to future episodes.
I read Nio has this policy which allows original owners to transfer their existing benefits such as free charging/swapping to their new vehicles. Early adopters not be left out when they buy later model, a nice touch.
Thanks for a great video. It will be interesting how the wing behaves in snowy conditions. Buildup of snow/ice can block the mechanism from moving. Could also easily break because of it. And no rear wiper again makes it a bad choice for Scandinavia. Otherwise looks fab, warmer climate customers will truly enjoy it!
Hi from Shanghai, Thanks for good reviews! ES8 is disappointing in reduced capacity to 6 seats. Some of us need 7 seats. It would seem simple for Nio to add the option of a middle seat for second row. Will very much appreciate if you will please raise to Nio. Thanks!!!
Well ok i can see that - it is not the first time that i have the impression that NIO is not doing to well with their analysis of the markets they want to enter.
Screens are too small to watch movies on. Why is it that NIO cannot pivot from the small screens? Sales would easily double or triple with bigger screens.
Hi Billy, Nio thought put the big Screen on the car, it will interfere with driver concentration and safety, but nio currently has VR goggles for in-car use that create a large screen effect while also looking like sunglasses and being light to wear.
@@quentinliu6010 That maybe a good argument at that time. LI Auto has 5 screens and exponential sales. How many more accidents did LI Auto have over NIO due to its overwhelming large screens?
@@BillyYe In fact, li did have a lot of scandals in China, such as broken axles, poor interior quality, steering wheel failure, front and rear rocker arms made of iron but painted with aluminum alloy color (Nio also had problems, such as abnormal interior noise). However, as for the regression problem, my personal opinion is that the large screen and influence equipment will interfere with the driving of drivers, and Nio's solution is to use VR glasses to solve the entertainment needs, which seems to solve the problem, but in a sense, it is also a false proposition. Like most car reviewers in China, li is very unfriendly to drivers and very kind to children and families. The Nio is more about taking care of the first two rows of passengers (the es8 looks good for all four). I think this is a choice issue. Consumers need their own needs. If they need a big screen, they can buy Li to enjoy family and take care of their families. And pay more attention to personal driving, private individuals can choose Nio.
I cannot wait until NIO hits USA. My wife and I will be first in line! Southern CA baby, bring em!
Thanks for this first look. Can’t believe the interiors getting even better and better. Hope to see your more in-depth review soonish!

Don’t apologise, your English is fantastic! Don’t forget to take some recovery time, or it may strike you again! Great video again.
I can't wait your full review on next year 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
NIO is progressing nicely. Great cars !

Great short introduction of EC7 and ES8, very professional Sean, thanks 👍👍👍⚡️🔋🏁
Thank you! Hope u recover fast. I enjoy your clear articulation.
WOW ! that was exclusive and super fast!
Beautiful vehicles. Battery swapping is key because I would keep that ES8 about 12-15 years for sure. Amazing what this company is doing.

Like the knowledgeable thoughts and chat, a bit more interesting than the basic reviews on these cars I already watched. Just subscribed….

Great video thanks.

Unfortunately far too expensive. Comparison brand models in Europe are much cheaper.🤑😏😱
Why does the "About" section on your channel claim that your location is the United States?
