Phenex is definitely cool and narrative did a good job fleshing it out, but it's kinda a downer that it doesn't have an attack where it launchers it's shields like the unicorn could do in the show, and how the phenex was shown doing in narrative as well as the manga.
@@ThatCatJay Gundam Breaker 3 was the first time in Gundam that DE Shields were able to be used as Funnels. Narrative Version either copied that [Unlikely] or the movie staff randomly decided it would be cool if the ghost could control them after it left the phenex.
Yes and no. It used to be only a thing you could find in MSV, and was featured in two separate Unicorn spin-off materials off the top of my head. Narrative is simply an expanded adaptation of the Unicorn novel that featured Phenex.
Everything post CCA is just tying loose ends to fit Hathaway. Unicorn is supposed to wrap up the space war and make sure to leave the Federation the sole power so they can get corrupted pretty much uncontested. They got carried away with psycho-frame tho, so they made NT and changed Phenex lore from failed EFSF attempt to make a unicorn copy without Vist Foundation influence to a bone the foundation threw to shut EFF govt up which went AWOL and returned to take away all available psycho frame in humanity's possession because "humanity was not ready for this power". And that's how they explain how Hathaway suits and all following UC suits like F91 and Victory don't abuse psychoframe tech.

Genesis came out before narrative movie came out.
@@chaikagaz I do know that however still would have been cool to see it use its backpack shields as funnels like the full armor unicorn does

It always leads back to good old MSV.

Theres phenex from the manga and phenex from narrative are two different phenex.
The different is, they don't have a tail on this shield but the Narrative version has it
So the Kshatriya is the first mobile suit to have funnel missiles.
Oh wait..it's Qubeley.
No, I think Quebley(?) did have it first
@@RX0_GundamUnicorn Well now I just realized, thanks.
