I hope you enjoyed these Salsa Shines. We usually use Shines on the dance floor when we are not connected and are instead dancing in front of our partners. Suzy Tap and Compass are names we assigned to these Shines in the classroom, so other Salsa dancers may not refer to these footwork patterns the same way.
