    I got this wheelchair for my physical disability, and it is a great chair! Thank you for sharing how to set it up.

      Please do not hate on him because he can walk and got a wheelchair. He could have a disability that you don't know about.

    I am considering getting this for my 70yo mom, and it's in my price range. You did well showcasing the appearance of the chair and its features. I liked the music too. Thank you for sharing. Good luck with your conditions.

    Thank you so much. I felt so intimidated when the box came in, thought I'd have to screw it all together. I'll rip my box open tomorrow, the set up looks easy enough. Thank you soo soooooooooo much.

    Thank you for sharing. I know nothing about wheelchairs. I am unable to stand very long or walk for long distances and decided to try a wheelchair.

    My normal wheelchairs are high end, ultra lightweight chairs made by TiLite. But, I use this same exact chair inside my home for every day use inside my home. You can't beat the chair for $100.

    Thank you for making this, I was wondering if I was going to have to wait for a good day to build it or if it would be easy enough on a moderate day. Looks easy. Did it come with the cushion ?

      Amber Hyde I just bought this exact one myself. From what **I** got from the description of the product (off Amazon's description) it does not come with the cushion.

    What width did you get? And do you know what your measurement was? I’m debating between the 16in and 18in because I measure exactly 16in.

    • @amberhyde240
      @amberhyde240 5 лет назад +1

      Definitely get 18 since once you sit your body gets wider, plus it gives leeway if you end up getting wider at some point (definitely not to offend, it happened to me) plus bigger is better. It’s better to get a geriatric wheelchair and have it big then rust getting a juvenile wheelchair and have to return it for it being to small.

    • @onepawatatime7925
      @onepawatatime7925 5 лет назад

      Thanks, I ended up going with the 18in and it fits well

    Do you find that the lack of treads is an issue?

    • @joshgaray458
      @joshgaray458  5 лет назад +2

      Sorry for the late reply! So far, I've had no major issues. It slides sometimes when I put too much forward pressure on it too suddenly, but otherwise, it works great!

    You didn't show the flip back armrests!👎Does it have them? UpLyft self-transfer, and gait belt (sometimes) requires armrests to be out of the way

    • @joshgaray458
      @joshgaray458  5 лет назад +12

      Yep! I explained in the description, but I have heart and neurological conditions that are episodic, so sometimes I can walk fine and other times I need a lot of help. It's why there's a cane and a shower chair in the background too.

    • @amberhyde240
      @amberhyde240 5 лет назад +6

      One condition listed is POTS, you can only walk for limited time with this condition before blood begins to pool in your feet and you faint. It doesn’t effect how you walk just how long your body will let you walk.

      Yup there's some people that are ambulatory wheelchair users. Not everyone who is in a wheelchair is paralyzed. Some people may have muscle weakness and/ or pain getting around or their doctor just said they need one for whatever medical reason but no one owes you their medical history.
