I met Duane playing with his Dad at the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano Ca. I was playing with the opening band, the Dickey Betts Band were the top billing that night. Duane is a down to earth guy, just a regular guy. We talked between sound checks sitting outside early in the day. I'm hoping for much success for Duane, he deserves it. I was very saddened to hear about Dickey.

Saw his band a little over a year ago in Pioneertown, CA - and besides being just rocked out by him and his band (they covered In Memory of E Reed!!) Duane signed my copy of his CD after the show❤️‍🔥 Def his father's son in so many ways but nobody can sound that good without putting in their own b,s & t's...Shine On Duane!!

It's time for The Allman Bros. 2.0 band to record a Brothers and Sisters II album. The children/nieces/nephews of Greg, Dickey,Chuck,Jamoie and Berry who make up a large number of accomplished musicians could do it with great dignity, style, and talent. It would be a huge hit that millions of the original ABB fans woul love to hear.

An impossible feat. You can't bring back the past and those nephews and nieces are never going to write and record an album anything like Bros and Sisters. It was a moment in time that belonged to the original players.
