I love missionaries and the work they do! We picked up our son and toured his mission in Buenos Aires last year for a week and even though I served a mission I was left with a amazing feeling of gratitude and awe for the sacrifices the missionaries make.
Thank you all for what you do!!! It is sooo important!!! I was baptized by missionary 33 years ago and I'm ETERNALLY THANKFUL FOR THIS GREAT BLESSING!!!
I truley admire every one pf our brave and wonderful missionarys . When i see our sister missionarys i see angles . Every sister , nothing but purity . Both the Elders and the sisters working so selflessly to teach of the restored gospel of our Lord. Jesus Christ .
I'm glad the Sister Missionaries knocked on my door. After a couple of visits on my front porch, they asked if I would meet with the Elders. I was momentarily taken aback, picturing in my my mind, tall, stern, old men, with long beards and big hats. The Sisters laughed, one reached out and gently touched my forearm, and said, "No no, they aren't tall stern old men, with long beards and big hats. They're just young goofy clean cut guys like us." At that, the Sisters had me wrapped around their little fingers because only the best best of friends can be so gentle and fair and read your thoughts like an open book. Now every day I pray for Gods laborers, the Missionaries.
Dear heavenly father, I pray for safety and guidance and best wishes for all our fellow missionaries doing their best to bring salvation to the masses and to spread God's word ! May your power of grace and will. Bless and guide them and keep them safe . In the name of jesus christ. Amen 🙏
After the loan of my only bike to a Mormon Missionary, he loaded it on the flight back to Salt Lake City Utah, and left his partner to explain the theft. Never blamed his partner, but was perplexed as to what was being taught in the LDS Church.
@@CalledtoShare It could be as high as 40% according to some sources, or as low as 2%. Yeah, I'd say it's somewhere in the middle of those two numbers. I think the internet has actually been amazing because while it does shake the faith of many, it also makes the faith of many unshakeable.
Back in my day we showered after workout and before breakfast, they must have taken that away to save time, there must be some pretty smelly missionaries out there.
2 things that should concern anyone who wants to be a morman. 1) They just said in the video they study both the morman book and the bible. Have they not read Galatians 1:8-12? After all that studying? 🤔 2) Why would anyone believe in a religion specifically mormanism who at their core, don't know for sure, without a doubt that they will go to heaven when they die. Why blindly follow something you're not certain of the outcom? 🤔 You're commanded to know where you're going when you die. And if a religion tells you, "they can't know forsure." You know they don't know the way.
We believe that you will end up where you are most comfortable. That means that you don’t necessarily know where that is right now. Also, in the end, no one will go to hell. They will just be living in the lowest kingdom and cut off from the presence of god. And buddy, Galatians 1 is talking about the church of Jesus Christ. It’s saying there is no other church other than the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
This is such a beautiful thing to see, and It's great that you guys are obeying the Great Commission to tell others about Jesus Christ and we need to see Christians getting together and doing this type of stuff. But it's too bad you include the book of Mormon in your faith because it is a blasphemous book and it contradicts the Bible and the Words of Jesus Himself. But many people believe in the book of Mormon just because they are told it is true but it's not.
Didn’t Jospeh smith make up the golden books the original copy got stolen then he recreated it but it was translated differently magically lol😂 yes Bible is real but Book of Mormon isn’t

Your understanding of the Bible is false. If what you are saying is true then why did Apostle Paul say under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 1:17 that Christ did not send him to baptize but to preach the Gospel? You are taking Matthew 6:33 out of it's context. When it says "seek first the Kingdom" which doesn't mean people are to come to the Kingdom before the Kingdom comes to them, it means to make God and His Kingdom a priority in your daily living, it's not forbidding evangelism. You need to be more open minded and humble and get rid of your spirit of pride so you don't end up like the Pharisees who were proud and rejected Christ because of it. I don't agree with Mormonism but they are indeed obeying Jesus Christ Great Commission to all believers which His disciples also did in Acts 2 after the Holy Spirit already descended on them. So what you're saying is not even true.

Wow. So much is missing in this video. While i agree that teaching people about christ os good. But i disagree on a lot of what the lds faith was built on. The true history of the church is damaging. While a missionary we taught things that nowadays have changed. How missionaries teach the Book of mormon translation is only that it was thru the power of God. That is not fair, in my opinion. I think it would save a lot of heartache and remorse if the true history was taught. To sugar coat and cherry pick, church history is not fair or right. I believe too many missionaries go out not understanding the real gospel and only go off of the church curriculum and not the complete hiatory. Being effective and honest avout the real history would be an honest approach to being a missionary and laying it all out for the people to accept or reject.

It's quite interesting that so many missionaries end up leaving the church once they become adults.
Lots of people leave religion for various reasons. But it’s a very small percentage of missionaries that leave.
