I absolutely adore the fact that you acknowledge his sexiness. Six on a stick, he was. Old enough to be my father but I’d have climbed that man like a tree!
I wanted to share a funny Elvis story I read sometime ago. Shortly after Elvis bought Graceland Elvis and his dad and a couple of friends were sitting outside talking. Vernon said to Elvis he thought Graceland needed some small animals. So Elvis thought that was a great idea so he and his friends jump into his Cadillac. They drove to Mississippi and found a sign on the road offering farm animals for sale. So they pull up to this farm and ask the farmer about the animals for sale. The farmer said he had chickens and ducks for sale. Elvis said he wanted all he had to sell. The farmer said that would be fine but he didn't have a way to get them to him.Elvis said no problem they would put them in his car.The farmer asked him if he was sure he wanted to do that and naturally Elvis said yes. Sooo... they put the chickens in the back seat and the ducks in the trunk. They drove back to Graceland and when they got out of the car...the chickens were screaming...feathers and poop flying everywhere!! The ducks ....same thing. Elvis and his friends were COVERED with feathers and poop...not to mention what the inside of the car looked like...it took weeks for the car to be cleaned . Too funny..😂
We love your reactions to Elvis. Your sense of humor is awesome and we appreciate you sharing it. You need to react to Polk salad Annie soon. We’re losing forward to you explaining his moves in that song! Have a good night sir! Thanks again for sharing. We have seen many reactions from people on Elvis and you are by far the best! God bless! 😃
I LOVE your reactions to the King. He was and still is an awesome performer. I have been a fan since I was about 9years old. I’m 58 now and still love Elvis. ALL of his music touches my soul. You Sir,make me laugh, out loud, every time. Love from the U.Kx
The lyrics to the 3rd section When you get right down to the nitty-gritty Isn't it a pity that in this big city Not a one a'little bitty man'll admit He could have been a little bit wrong
"I'm such an Elvis fanatic that I'm worried." 😂😂😂 🎶Welcome To My World🎶 No, all kidding aside I laughed so hard at that because I know how you feel, Ray 🙏 It's like Elvis has his own magnetic field. Once he hooks you, he hooks you & before you know it you're such an Elvis fan that you don't even care if you should be worried. Just as a forewarning, Ray: The only Elvis movie that is not available on any streaming service is his last one "Change Of Habit". You actually have to buy the DVD if you want to watch that one. Also & real quick: One of Elvis's idols was a singer by the name of Roy Hamilton. So Elvis's routine was to go the recording studio in the evening after dinner. It was not unusual for him to work from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. in the recording studio. Many have said that Elvis was often one of the last- of not the last- to leave the studio. So in January 1969, Elvis hears about his idol, Roy Hamilton, having a recording session scheduled on the same day that Elvis has a recording session scheduled at American Sound Studio. Elvis always booked for the evening. (He WAS something of a night owl; from the time as a kid he had suffered bouts of insomnia). So on January 22, 1969 Elvis arrives early at American Sound Studio specifically to meet Roy Hamilton who had booked his session in the day time. (I forget the time specifically). There are pictures of Elvis & Roy hanging out in the recording studio and there is even a short 1:50 long film footage of Elvis & Roy hanging out at the studio (with others there as well). So at some point during Elvis & Roy hanging out, Elvis mentions this demo that he'd like Roy to hear. Elvis tells him that it's a very pretty song. Roy agrees to listen to the demo and agrees with Elvis that it is indeed a very pretty song. Elvis then tells Roy he'd like him to have it, saying something to the effect of, "You could do a much better job on it than I ever could." Roy graciously accepts the demo and does indeed cut the song. "Angelica" sadly would be the last song Roy Hamilton ever cut. In June of 1969 Roy suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and was in the hospital for a week before he passed on. Now according to Roy's son, Roy Hamilton, Jr., Elvis sent a single rose every day that his father was in the hospital. After Roy Hamilton passed away, Elvis wrote a letter of condolences to Roy's widow Myrna and continued to send her a single red rose or a bouquet of red roses (I forget which honestly) for the following six months. More than that, it's said that Elvis paid for Roy's medical expenses/ hospital care costs and for Roy's funeral. You see, Roy Hamilton was in debt. He owed back taxes to the U.S. Government (I have not researched the why of this so I cannot say why that is). Myrna Hamilton did- and this is verifiable fact- read parts of Elvis's letter of condolence as part of her eulogy at her husband's funeral. (She did also include parts of Mahalia Jackson's letter of condolences & B.B. King's letter of condolences as well in her eulogy at her husband's funeral). So there you have it, Ray and any one else who reads this. The story of Elvis & Roy Hamilton. I tried to keep it as short as possible. FIRE 🔥🔥🔥🔥 reaction, Ray! I enjoy your reactions so much! You're a joy to watch honestly! And once again, a shout out to Miss Helene! Thank you both SO SO MUCH 💖💙💜💖💙💜 TCB ⚡ & TLC ❤ & peace ✌& blessings 🙏 to you & yours & to one & all here as well 💕 P.S. I hope you're feeling better, Ray. But if your back problem is a chronic one (long on- going problem/ pain) then I can recommend Biofreeze- a product they sell at Wal-Mart- in the pharmacy section. My Dad had lower back pain because of his job. So I would order Biofreeze for him and he swore by it.

There’s another clip where he sings “Swing low sweet chariot”. Same suit or close. Gospel song in a tent revival. Sooo handsome and dances it. Gotta see it.
This is the film with the “zipper” scene. When Marlyn is sitting, and they show his close up scene behind her, the director told her to start to unzip his pants so he could get a certain reaction from him. She has a video and was on a podcast talking about it. You can tell in the scene something is going on, but she said he just was so professional and kept on with his lines. Btw, she didn’t unzip it totally lol.
The story in the movie takes place in the 1920s which is why they're all dressed like that. It's about a murder that takes place during a traveling variety show with kids.

Omg Ray, i started watching your Elvis reactions about a week ago here in the UK. You have, without a doubt, quickly become my favourite. You are so hilarious, and watching you recognise the beauty and pure talent of this man is wonderful to watch. 2 songs i would love to see you react to are How great though art and You'll never walk alone. Both beautiful spiritual songs where you can truly hear Elvis's soul coming through.
You should try Young Dreams from king creole!

I had this song on a cassette tape I bought in the 80’s, and didn’t realize it was from a movie. I discovered quite a few of his songs like that. See if there’s a clip, or audio of, “Edge of Reality”.
In the Ghetto came out in 1969 written by Mac Davis. Also read where Bill Medley said Elvis took lost that loving feeling. He liked it better than theirs
