Yessss Sherri, on lowering your A1c 👏🏾👏🏾. That is the main reason for the meds. My husband started at a 10 with his A1c, and 15 months later, he has lost 70 lbs, and his A1c is down to a 7 plus he us now off his BP meds 😁. He is also working out.

With GLP 1 or 2 you have to stay on the medication for the rest of your life. You gain 2/3 of the weight back if not more. Some people have Insulin Resistance or PCOS that don't typically espond to diet and exercise.
No one should be “ accusing” anyone of taking Ozempic. It is a fair and legitimate “choice”. Someone might “ suspect“ someone of using a weight loss aide, but we shouldn’t be throwing accusations and making anyone feel like a criminal. I have diabetes and insuline stopped working 5 years ago and my doctor found me Trulicity (Ozempic cousin) and I’m doing good now. If only the stress from is there enough medicine for me would go. I can’t stop my diabetes if the medicine is not there. In Europe we have the same struggles. ❤
