Thank you sister, this was so profound. I can see myself in your description of the trigger of mental formation. The challenge for me was how to get out of my head and drop in my heart. Since I had my calling with the passing of Thay, a whole word is opened and my soul is awakened. Please keep shining your light to humanity. I am now an adapt of mindfulness and I know the way out form my dharma is to drop in and accept myself as I am. A child of god. Blessings.
I don’t know how can I convince my son that all the electronic stuff and close the door is so unhealthy…. He won’t listen to me at all and reject everything. This talk mostly listen people who are not fleeing in the electronic world… So what can we do for others?? I am really helpless with my son :-(
