After 3 months, I am back. If you remember me, I am the kid with the sliced foot with the boat propellor. After all of the therapy and surgery, I am back on two feet. Although I have 3 weeks til I am back running and playing full on sports, I am still very grateful for all the things I have been able to start again in these past months. Thanks for all the support and works of kindness. Stay safe and have a great day.
I remember. Good to hear your healing proceeds! I guess you are young- decades of tabletennis are still ahead of you. I started TT in the age of 44- last week I reached for first time over 1200 Ranking Points in germany :-) For own reward I buy mizuni shoes and a colourful butterfly t-shirt :-) Best wishes. Jack
damn congratulations on getting it back again, i didnt read comments 3 months ago but its great to hear that you're on your way back to playing table tennis!
Both of them seem soooo fun to hang out with. Not gonna lie, I'm kinda jealous you got to spend time with them. And the editing was hilarious. Hope your leg healed quickly.
Adam likes playing against the top women table tennis players and these two beautiful Asian ladies are so adorable and such good company. The World no.8 Cheng I-Ching is an amazing player. As a result of watching Adams fun table tennis matches, videos at the age of 75 years old, despite 2 bad knees, I am going to start playing again come the warmer weather in Spring. I am also encouraging others to start playing. Keep the good work up Adam !
I left Taiwan at a young age over 30 years ago and I still can't find anywhere else in the world that has the same balance of individualistic freedom, warm-heartedness, and respect/civility among the people. It is hard to explain, but Taiwanese people strike the perfect balance between the reserved politeness of the Japanese and the friendly bluntness of the Americans if that make any sense. Basically if you are rude to the Taiwanese peope, they will generally take 3 steps back and forgive you, but if you continue, you are asking for a beating and they won't be shy about it. That basically sums up my grandma; I miss you, A-ma.
She has the BIGGEST heart! Really. In this video, the first time I jump on the stage to turn off the camera... you can see the concern she has. Then when we walk by the camera after I cut my leg, her face says it all. She cares so deeply for people. ❤️
@2:54 it's called see you tomorrow because enoki mushrooms aren't easily digestible, which it'll end up retaining its shape and can be seen when you do the no.2
Hey Adam, love your stuff, you have inspired me after near 40 years to re-join a table tennis club (and I'm kicking some ass), thank you so much for your entertaining channel which my family watches. One comment on the fake tattoo sleeve, I have a full sleeve Japanese tattoo, it took approximately 40 hours (8 hour days followed by 2 week heal) not 5 hours but you are bang on pain. That said, I reckon some colour tatts the way your art flows would look pretty damn cool. There is lots of pain involved but worth it. Cheers Mate from Australia.
Playing against Cheng-I-Ching (and not losing), reconnecting with her coach (and former US National champ and US Olympian) Jiaqi Zheng, and driving in a Tesla -- seems well worth the injury (at least I would make that sacrifice)... 😎🏓😇🏓👍🏓🤗🏓😅🏓😂
First: Awesome, I want more. Second: I come from a tennis background, and often when people hit was I guess we'll call "floaters" high and slow balls, why don't we see it being taken on the rise (hitting the ball while it is still on the way up after its bounce, before it reaches its peak) in table tennis? I know the timing is difficult, but the time you take away from your opponent seems like it would be worth the risk.
Ok! This level of TT makes more sense! Adam you definitly went easy on Jiaqi on your latest video... (it was the first video from you... im taking my comments from your other video! I wouldnt smash you :P)
Adam hope your leg will get better in no time, and great video as always. Just one question, and apologies if I missed the answer to this, and why did you keep jumping to that platform? Was it to check the camera?
I did exactly what you did, had the same slip jumping on the stage and had the same cut on my shin. I really don't understand why the bleeding doesn't stop, as it wasn't that deep of a cut. The wound took like a week to fully dry up and left a battle scar.
adam's friend: woah how did you get that injury on your knee? adam: oh that was from table tennis adam's friend: wow i didn't know that table tennis could give you an injury like that! adam: nah, it was from falling off the edge of a platform which was where the camera was to film me playing table tennis :D
Just like meeting two family members, cool....these two ladies are very sunny, sweet. The more interesting part is that we saw something else like Taiwan's beautiful views .

Please try and play against Mima Ito and Mattias Falck, but reverse their short pips. So Mattias plays with the pips on the backhand and Mima vice versa!
Note the difference playing against a real pro vs semi pro or amateur. Adam is the constant, but notice how much faster the returns are and significant more strength when it comes to smack. High ball snake isn’t that effective against pro as they will just smack it right back and then you are forced on defense
Which is more important in table tennis:
1) speed, strength, preparation, mental toughness and skill
OR
2) colorful clothing?
Speed Strength like u, personality like u
2
3) your hand as a racket
Eyes
lobbing skill
These ladies are really awesome. This video is like old friends hanging out and then playing some table tennis too.
@Michael Harris go annoy someone else
@@nevergetsbetter_ Yeah, I'm reporting them as spam. So dumb and annoying.
@Michael Harris thanks Micheal for your creative and individualized comment. Very thoughtful. I hate when people copy paste in someone else’s work

she so kind hearted and cheerful man I'm a fan now
Living the dream Adam, keep up the great work.
She hits the ball so early after the bounce. Fantastic!
This is a really good representation of the 人情味 or warmth between people that exists in Taiwan. Really hard to describe if you haven't lived here.
The way she plays is definitely world class
I love to see this side of the professionals. Brings a smile to my face to see them let their hair down so to speak...
Come on guys let's get Adam to 400k
