The Anakapalle route is known to have notorious traffic, bad road quality and also unsafe in the dark. Yes, it wasted 1.5 hours just to cross Vishakapatnam but that was the only possibility. Hi, very encouraging, thanks for the kind upload. Only a quick question, why did you prefer to start at night? Just wondering isn't it better to drive all day and stay/sleep in a decent hotel at night! That might reduce the stress of such a long drive.

I have been driving through the night since a very long time. It challenges the normal body clock and should not be tried without prior experience. Nice journey...Loved it. I am planning to go for a long drive of around 900 kms (three persons). Therefore, two questions.. 1. After how many hours/kms. did you take break and normal break time. 2. How much luggage did you carry? I have 3 begs which will be around 40-50 kgs.
I generally do not stop before the first 200 kms unless it's a bio break. After that only take breaks if and when needed. Covering longer distance need consistent speeds and minimalistic breaks. Driving too fast and taking breaks doesn't work. Try taking soft luggage(bags) than hard suitcases. That way you can better utilize the space. Also carry enough water, we carry 10 litres can in the boot and 4-5 litres of 1 litre bottles under the front seat for easy access.
I got a pretty good deal on the car which was a 2017 manufactured one but bought in 2018 March. Moreover, if I want to buy a better/safer car, I would rather go for something significantly better and stronger like Tata or Ford. The car was mainly bought for city use, but it's serving us well everywhere so far.
Thank you.. I am a learner and want to buy second hand car under 2.25 lakhs. I have small family. Confused between wagonr and Alto. My usage moreover on highways (70%) and 30 % in city.. Under 2.25 lakhs which model year u'll suggest. Can i buy 2017 model alto under 2 lakhs.. Please suggest..
@Tanuj Bhatia ALTO is a little cramped if four full-sized adults are occupants. WagonR is in that way pretty spacious. If you are looking for low budget options, try Zen Estilo, it's the same engine and chassis as WagonR but it was not a big hit like WagonR, so prices are lower for Zen Estilo. Alto 800 is superior in fuel efficiency compared to the K10 WagonR / Zen. You should get a Zen of 2016-2017 in your budget. Also you can get a 2018 Alto800 in your budget.
@@MototechWanderer Nice suggestion bro. will the zen estilo be comfortable on highway? Wagonr has huge body roll. Will you recommend specially for highways..

Your that three golden words from Golden Quadrilateral road "Wow Amazing Shit". 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Rims garam nahi hui? Itni lambi drive par..
Rims garam hone ke liye hi bane hai. Heat dissipation bhi hota hai due to the rotation of tyres. Aur drive ke shuru pe hi correct tyre pressure kar liya tha, toh koi dikkat nahi hui.
@@MototechWanderer sahi hai bhai... I forgot you've a lot of experience😅
Mai jab first time Bidar se Bangalore gaya tha in 2012 Tata Indica me.. 3 baar puncture hua tha 700kms me😂
@@ridingdemons haha ... Arey bhai sab ka kabhi na kabhi bad luck hota hai. But trust me if tyre condition is good, practically nothing happens to them. 😊
Kindly make a video regarding how was your journey with alto 800. Mentioned comfort, mileage, visibility, power everything. Will waiting for that.
A long term ownership video coming soon. 👍
@@MototechWanderer waiting for that.
Does it got heated in your long drive?
Nope, it never does. All modern day cars are super efficient in heat management.

What is ur car model
Alto 800 LXI, 2018 model.
Yeah so far so good
😂😂😂😂😂
Did you ever worked with S&P Global Hyderabad?
😊
Alto lovers
Absolutely
Nice vlog.. Great effort by both of you. I want to ask you why you go for Alto 800 instead Alto K10..
There was lower difference between the prices.
If you reply me.It would be much appreciated.. Thanks
Nice effort..... worth watching it.....what about the car.....did Alto 800 handle the journey well?
Thanks a lot! Glad you liked it. Alto performed extremely well on this journey. I have absolutely nothing to complain about this tiny car. It kept us cosy and comfortable, returned excellent fuel efficiency and took us to our destination safely.
Just a small question. How old is your car and did you keep AC on throughout the journey. I am actually planning a trip to Chennai, don't know if my 3 year old alto will be able to manage it..
Car is 2+ yrs old. And yes AC was ON throughout, no exceptions. Alto as a car is very capable.
@@MototechWanderer Thanks. I believe you must have got a servicing done before leaving, is their any specific thing we should look out for in the car before such a long journey?
@@sauravdagaSDaga1984 yes, I got the fourth service done. I mainly focused on a good fully synthetic engine oil and a brand new air filter. Inflated tyres to the correct pressure a day before journey.
Nice video.. Can i take newly delivered alto to 650 kms of trip...
Absolutely. Just do not push it too hard. Drive it 60-80 kmph.
I'll suggest to wait till 1000Km
Wow nice journey good
Thank you. 😊👍
