@CF Jones Yeah. You can also tell from the animation that he seems hopeful when he reveals himself. The masters turn him down, and then- well. We have a big blank between that and him going on a full-on murder spree. I have a hard time believing that nothing happened there. Mr. kill-em-all had to have some other reason to do his dastardly deeds. The short scene on mount Velgrin where two Voltaris help Ingressus up makes it seem, again, like he's not all that super evil. He sems to be in stark contrast to Tygren, who in his second appearance sent a whole group of Voltaris to get offed by Thalleous before coming down himself to fight a weakened opponent. I do think there were probably better ways to deal with the situation, but that the rest of the Ardoni were definitely also at fault.
@CF Jones I'm guessing the Voltaris dabbled in necromancy or something equally vile, and that earned them banishment forever. The undead-infested badlands are really close to Voltaria (and Sendaria). My bet is that the Necrolord is a bona-fide Voltaris. This would explain why the masters are that cautious. Damn this sountrack is good.

If not for the Prime Songs, really. They were the reason the Voltaris were driven out and then hunted. The reason Thalleous was so obsessed with destroying the Voltaris. Maybe it's about all of them. How Ingressus and the other Voltaris grew up being hunted and despised, thus wanting revenge on the other clans. Them growing up hearing only bad things about the Voltaris developing hate against them. Creating ongoing conflict, and for what..? All because some selfish Ardoni wanted the primes for themselves banishing the Voltaris.. whoever they were they're the ones responsible for creating this bloody mess in the first place
After learning the whole story of the Vultaris and of Deathsinger, i think i would have cried when this played at his death scene, hell im barely holding back tears now
Hey Dan! I just want to say I absolutely love your music for SoW. It brings it to life so much, I have several of the tracks on my favorite music playlist, and the Deathsinger theme is like a drug to me, I'm addicted to it and can't stop listening to it, especially 'Many times have I watched the sun set'. I want to say as well that I'm really sad that SoW was cancelled, but there's nothing we can do about it now except move on with it. However, I have some video suggestions for you that I think you might like :). 1: SoW OST behind the scenes? Could be interesting to hear how you came up with character themes, the main theme, certain choices for music etc. I'm pretty sure you said you would do something like this a while ago, but I may be mistaken which is why I'm writing it here. 2: Character theme compilation: As is implied, every character has their own distinct theme that plays whenever something important happens with them, which is VERY evident with DS. However, besides him, the only other character's theme I could find was Niika's after extensive watching of the movie. Otherwise, I couldn't find any other. Do you think you could do a character theme compilation where you put the full theme of every character in the video, the very first time you hear their full theme. For example, you could do the DS one you hear in Episode 10 as it's the first time we hear his full theme (prologue was not full), Niika's from episode 4 in the treefort etc. I think it would be really interesting to hear the leitmotifs for every character, because SoW is cancelled and we won't hear them again, sadly. Those were just my two cents, and I hope you like the ideas. I want to thank you for being a part of SoW, and indirectly a part of my life because SoW helped me through some very hard times, and I wish you luck in the future with whatever you choose to do. PS: I'm an author writing my very own Minecraft Fantasy Novel, and I heard Thomas say it would be cool if someone wrote a SoW book. Do you think I could do it? I really want to, genuinely, and it would give me a chance to work with you guys, which would be a dream, as well as give the fans a sort of substitute for the actual animation. I could provide you my work as a sort of résumé if you think you would need it. Thank you. :)

Ohh how music can be a beautiful thing to understand, and be sad at the same time. The history of the voltaris is a sad and horrible clan that was blind to power, but the other clans keeps the prime songs away from the voltaris so they can avoid another war. We can understand there pain and suffering of how they were betrayed by there blind hunger for power. AfterInfinity if you are reading this, this music is good but sad, for it tells us very powerful things to understand for our future!
Spoiler alert ......Many times have I watched the sunset, watched as the sky turned bright with colors....the colors of my clan. I'm glad to see the sunset......one more time...
Even reading that scene was difficult. I believed from the very beginning Ingressus wasn't truely evil.. there had to be reason behind his dark deeds. To watch the scene animated, seeing him kneel down in agony after losing his entire clan he fought so hard to protect from exile and slaughter... I would've wept my eyes out
It is yeah. A lot of this stuff would have showed up around season 3 when we finally learn the truth about the Voltaris. Would have been really cool and really emotional actually. Shame we weren't able to make it.
My theory of how the songs were created in the heart of Ardonia. There is this beam of light in the center, but where does it come from? Well, it comes from the last pure shard of what used to be the original prime song, WHITE prime song. The Ardoni found this song and started to use it. All the clans were not careful enough and they used the power without hesitation. This caused the WHITE prime song to explode, thus creating the other prime songs. From the prime songs came the rest of normal songs. But a shard of the original song is still out there, weaker than the other primes, but much stronger that normal songs. And you know why it's white.
This piece of music was incredibly good but towards the end it could have been a little more dramatic, and the main theme was repeated to many times to quickly.
@@AfterInfinityMusic but my understanding -which you should correct if it's wrong- is that the music is meant to represent the story of the voltaris, and that the different parts of the music are played as the story progresses. Gosh that part with senn and deathsinger broke my heart. This was the first part I thought of when he said that.
Yeah season 3 is my favorite so far.
This is giving me goosebumps. I can literally feel the tension. but it's relaxing at the same time. It's sooo well made!!!
*growing weak* Many times have I watched the sun set… watched as the sky turned bright with colors… the colors of my clan. I am glad to see the sun set one more time.
If you're wondering where i got this from i got this from the script in season 3 ep 10 which is deathsingers death
That dislike is from Thalleous who hunted down the Voltaris.
Omg, after reading the script, I just realized something... Spoilers ahead:
3:36 - The Circumstances of Our Upbringing might be about Senn... I thought that it was about Ingressus, but Almrak, Senn's brother said something with that phrase included...
After learning the whole story of the Vultaris and of Deathsinger, i think i would have cried when this played at his death scene, hell im barely holding back tears now
0:27 my absolute favorite part
1:40 is mine. It's so freaking majestic
@@spinoraptorex101 I agree. I am not gonna lie, i don't know how Dan did that. It's truly amazing

Songs Of War has been Cancelled.
So sad....
0:26 is just whoa. amazing. all of this.
This is why songs of war is a masterpiece
@@Hocineツ true my friend, true.

DEATHSINGER 2020
@@yurinmikami3469 yeah, during season 1 the DeathSinger wasn't a likable character to me, but now he's my fav

Wow amazing 🤯

I Remember The day When episode 1 Realesed ):
Where's tygren's burning sendaria theme???
it's really different from what made it into the movie, but it's also really good.
It is yeah. A lot of this stuff would have showed up around season 3 when we finally learn the truth about the Voltaris. Would have been really cool and really emotional actually. Shame we weren't able to make it.
@@AfterInfinityMusic yeah.
I still hate voltaris and for me the ending when voltaris are still alive in peace with other clans really dissapointed me
I feel sad for the Voltaris clan 😞
Just realized the logo of AI Music has a "V" as its central figure!
5 42 can you see now...senn
Wow you get ardonia map
what's OST?
Everything Evi Original SoundTrack. :)
Sigo esperando la segunda temporada...
there's no hope for it, it's over...
Something to do with Senn?
Maybe the Voltaris were responsible for that?
@@mcduck887 Yes, it has something to do with Senn.
Dragon Sorcerer interesting. White is the blending of all colors.

This piece of music was incredibly good but towards the end it could have been a little more dramatic, and the main theme was repeated to many times to quickly.
It's actually a compilation of sketches
@@AfterInfinityMusic but my understanding -which you should correct if it's wrong- is that the music is meant to represent the story of the voltaris, and that the different parts of the music are played as the story progresses. Because of that I feel like the different parts of the music should still be able to be treated as one piece the way that the different parts of the story can still be treated as one story
@@AfterInfinityMusic also, I know I'm taking your comment way to seriously
