That's San Carlos Ecozone (Agro-Industrial Zone) sa may Palampas at Punao San Carlos City. And yung North Negros sa may Brgy. Paraiso, Sagay City. Thanks!

You can try to explore San Carlos City, Negros Occidental. We have an International Airport at Silay City, Negros Occidental which is a 2 -hour drive more or less via a mountain network of road of San Salvador Benedicto.
