Hey Zach, i am going to buy a custom pc at a website called chillblast. I just wanted to make sure that all my parts are good. For my cpu i got a AMD RYZEN 5 5600G For my motherboard i have a ASUS PRIME B550M-A WIFI II For my grapichs card, i have a GEFORCE RTX 3050 8GB i think it said 2 msi i dont know. For my memory i have a 32 GB TEAMGROUP VULCAN 2 for my ssd i have 500GB CRUICAL P3 PLUS for my power supply i got a 750W GIGABYTE P7OGM V2. Also, do i need an AIO or watercooling for the cpu? And i have for my case cooling 3 ARTIC P12 PWM For cpu cooling i have an DEEPCOOL AG400. Thanks in advance
zach: letts keep this build as budget as it gets under 400 $ also zach: spends 20 $ on cable extensions and 2x more on his cpu and gpu+ doesnt save the extra 10 $ with the maatrix 40 or under 45 $ cases decent build but defintly on of the worst fps per dollar build and also i forget when you are finally doing a 500 $ build which focuses max on the performance your builds are good but it kind of have a downfall because your 150 $ pc performs almost the same as your 100 $ pc that had the i7 4790+gtx 1060 3 gb and now getting a cpu 2x more expensive then your gpu still good build but completely no balance please when we could see a price to performance ( non ultra budget ) pc the last time you maid a pure performance pc at like 300-2000 $ was is your 1250 $ pure performance build... that was 6 months ago plssss bring back the ultimet fps per dollar build and i also forget to say when you said there is "anymore rome to be under 400 $" you couldve gowith the maatrix 40 or other under 45 or under 40 $ cases and the asiahorse extensions
I'm a full grown adult now with a budget in the multi-thousand range when I build new computers and I still LOVE these ultra budget builds. Brings me back to my roots when I had to find a way to keep my entire build budget below $500!
@@Yusno25 the b580 is (as what intel says) better then the 3060 for cheaper with raytracing and even being pretty good at 1440p (the 3060 is more of a 1080p card) honestly the b580s are crazy value compared to even amd, yes even amd. watch ltt's new video with benchmarks and comarisons with other gpus (for short its comparable with the 4060ti)
The fact I have been trying to decide a build around exactly this budget and finally decided on r5 5600 b450m and rx 580 is wild. I was not completely sure about it as it would be my first build but this video just helped me finalize it.
I also have that kind of mindset, since I enjoy building rather than using😂 It's super exciting when you can build great looking pc with decent enough specs

Gotta agree black and red were the og gaming colors for pc. Soon as parts starts having heat shields and covers I knew customization would be coming. Msi killed it back then with the black/red builds
It looks good for sure, but in my opinion it's too big of a compromise for aesthetics, so maybe go for the 3600 save 50$ and spend it on a RX 5700 non xt, or the rtx 2060 Super (both can be had for 100-110$ if you get a good deal atleast on my local marketplace. Nevertheless it's a good build for sure.
I'm stuck with an extremely outdated system (Moba and cpu are from 2011 and 2012 lol) so this build is actually really useful for the future when I need to upgrade!
Got a steal on facebook marketplace recently. For £400 i got a full pc with a 5800x, mobo, 500gb m.2 ssd 16gb corsair vengence rgb ram, corsair gold 800 watt psu, lian li triple fan rad all in a lian li o11 dynamic xl rog! It also included a cooler master m110 keyboard and mouse set and a lg 27 inch monitor. The only part that wasnt up to spec was the gt 1030 gpu. Snooping at the files, what I think happened is that it was originally the vendors son, he moved abroard and couldnt take it (but took the gpu and put in the 1030 since the 5800x doesnt have an igpu), left the pc for his mother to use who then sold it, not really knowing what she had or the correct value.
Wow Zach this is the same exact pc I made a month ago! As the ryzen 5 5600x I went with the ryzen 5 5500gt because it was simmillar price to the 5500 Exact same mob Exact same Ram Exact same gpu only the case differs ): and I made mine in about 350$ with brand new parts

8600g is soo close to Rx 580 If you went with 8600g you'd be on am5 platform and would leave you lots of room of upgrade to your GPU when they later on get money, for now it can game just as well as rx 580

Hey Zach! I need some advice. Im trying to shop for an aio that can offer good cooling for ny intel i9 13900k. Im probably gonna go with the nzxt h7 flow. Im pretty sure the front panel allows for a 420 mm cooler. Now for my question. I've been looking at the Arctic III 420 mm aio, and the review and price for Arctic items look pretty good. However, on the slightly more pricy side, you have other coolers like those from nzxt and so on. What do you recommend?
This build is fine, but there’s some changes I would definitely make, instead of getting a ryzen 5 5600 I would get an ryzen 5 2600x and pare it with a gtx 1080, which would be around the same price as contained in the video
about a year ago I built my first PC and I've never had problems with gaming ever since. One day I woke and my psu was dead so I replaced it but then I started to get more problems ..When gaming, I can normally get 5-60 minutes of gameplay before (even playing games like CS:GO) the PC will shut down as if someone had taken the power plug out of the wall. It doesn't restart, it just remains shut down. When I attempt to turn it back on nothing happends, I then must flip the switch on the PSU off, then back on and everything powers on normally. I've only recently noticed that if I enable an FPS limiter, such as 60fps in game, I can play for hours on end. I've already replaced one power supply, and my CPU runs at a constant 40-60 celcius and my GPU ranges from 50-70 Celsius. I still have no clue what could be causing this and I'd rather not limit my system to half of its potential but I don't know where else to go.
The Phenom X6 and FX 6000 series has the same number of cores and similar clocks and it and the 970 mobo are cheaper. They also unlike Ryzen natively run Windows 7! If you’re going for a higher end build get a Firepro W9100 32GB

Sadly no 5700xt can run in 1440p but it will be at low fps so just use 1080p

1:18 why wouldnt you be able to do that they have the same socket?
The motherboard may not be able to deliver enough power to the CPU or the motherboard might bottleneck it.
