- Being a great real estate photographer doesnt just mean taking nice photos, if you're not "sweating the small stuff", your not going to rise above your competition and win new clients, and retain them. Great video😊 I would like to know how does one go about getting their first client. What would you recommend the best way for us UK photographers to approach Estate agents etc? Most videos on this subject are base in the US which in most instances don’t help us in the UK.

In my own experience it’s quite old fashioned. I go in to agents offices with my business cards and hand them out. I find this works well as it puts you directly in front of them, and can’t ignore it like and email. Takes a bit of confidence to get going and a bit of luck in terms of who you talk to, but I’ve gained most of my clients this way, then it becomes more word of mouth from there. Make sure you’ve have a website they can check and some social media they can check out too if possible.

I'm building my website at the moment, I knew I would need some kind of online presents before talking to Estate Agents. This has been very helpful and thank you again for creating such great videos. There are so many US channels on this subject and not enough UK ones. Do you create floor plans yourself as well? @@jonathanshilton
