I'm sure there's some really good Pochacco crochet patterns on the internet. I always type in what I want followed by crochet pattern and look through Google images till I find something I want that has a free crochet pattern.

If you start with a magic ring, the shape will come out round. However, it should be more oval to me. So starting with a chain would be more appropriate

If you're using the free pattern, I recommend sticking to it, and if you're following the RUclips tutorial, it's best to stick with that. there are slight variations. I hope this helps clarify

3scinc means 3 single crochet in 1 stitches
