I am actually impressed with Kang Ho Dong! Considering he is neither an a dancer nor a singer was infact a pro wrestler, at his age physical performance like these are more difficult to remember. He has rhythm and beat and looks very decent while performing.
In the show Dong Dong Shin Ki (Knowing Bros spin-off 2:22) the challenge for Shindong and Hodong was to learn the choreography from their guests in a couple of hours. Considering that Hodong wasn't a dancer, some choreos were *slightly* simplified in some details, but during the training we can see how Shindong learned the dances super fast and at the same level of the guests. Then he teached them to Hodong in an easy way and adjusted his energy to him, resulting in a harmonious dance and a successful challenge! =D
hodong did a good job even though he do it half heartedly but he work hard.

0:14 Shindong Gayo, interview show for idols during their comebacks, one of the games was Shindong trying to learn a part of their choreography in few minutes
2:22 Dong Dong Shin Ki (Knowing Brothers After School Activities), one of the spin-off where Shindong teaches Hodong to dance like the idols with help of guests. They had to learn aprox 1 minute of a choreo in 2-3 hours of training.
