Yea is it just me or does anyone else think 2D is better then 3D
There is no 3d. We can only recognize 2dimensional.
Your not alone because I agree
Pine Drop Pye AJ YES LIKE DISNEY NEEDS TO MAKE 2D AGAIN! Like come on we have brother bear, robin hood, mulan, hunch back of notre dame and so many more amazing films! Also the lion king and Lady and the tramp too!
Yeet Skideet fair point
I love both. ❤️
I like what you did with the last scene of your portfolio. He thought he missed the target completely, but he unexpectedly landed every target behind it. Very funny work you did.
thanks for explaining...
I LOVE that part!
Yeah! That part was brilliant!
That could be a metaphor :)
I'm so glad RUclips is recommending me Animation Demo Reels.
My my, the youtube layout really hates animators. How do all these fnaf, brony, and furry crap get popular. While the talented are left in the dirt. It's frustrating.
James Mitchell that's just how the algorithm works man. Which kinda irks me somehow that those toys channels gets like 20-50 million views each vids, while this one is barely even 100k views
Because people have fetishes, oh boy i'm glad i don't have any
@@doctor_whoey3857 that's kinda rude. It's because of RUclips's younger audience.
How about we don’t hate on people doing what they love just because they are popular! I’m sure the animator supports all animators, and would not want other people’s hard work put down just because it has more views than their own :>
I wish this person had more subs... but what i don’t like is seeing people who animate differently are being hated.. like yeah, so what? They make memes and stuff but its up to them! I only make animation memes because its what got me into animation, and in the future i hope to make animation like this! We all start some where and animations that some people are hating at is a helpful beginning for younger people to start animating
Amazing work. This is exactly why 2D animation must return to the new generation of kids.
+A Dick Production I'm working on a cartoon project. would you be interested in contributing a piece of animation to the project?
it has already returned!! through anime
@@Artistoh14 anime is kinda... unoriginal nowadays... like, is hard see someone drawing with they own style because anime is more easy and beauty to draw, also is not fluid like old disney 2d animation, i think hazbin hotel is a great example of fluid + original and beauty animation that we needs these days, anime is very very cool but come on is the same thing everyday (besides anime, we have style like cartoon network and adult swim that is also same style but they are ugly instead and adult swim dont have love in they draw style, there is also furry style that is beauty but VERY VERY OVERRUSED)
@@Kallastar. you havent watched enough anime and you are very weird
@@TheLegendA51 my man, i was a weeb
The lizard reminds me of that poacher's lizard in the Rescuers Down Under. The sneezing guy is like me when I get allergies, and I think my favorite clip is the guy throwing darts.
You're so fucking talented
+Abdullahman Alshhri Thanks man
+Daniele Di Nezio I'm working on a cartoon project. would you be interested in contributing a piece of animation to the project?
You'll be hired in no time. in case you're not hired already.
That last segment with the Darts. Genius.
This is sooo goood! OMFG! :D
You are such a inspiration to me. I know you aren't a Disney animator, but you're that damn good!
I inspire to work at Cartoon Network and create my own cartoons, and then maybe move up to Disney, but there's a low chance of any of that happening.
there really is a low chance of that happening. I don't wanna bring you down but I think you know how many people apply to disney every year, its a scary number. Even Cartoon Network is a far fetched thing. I suggest lower your expectations and think smaller for the time being, building up a professional portofolio as you go along.
@@kaneda7368 good advice my friend. My sister's been working as a freelance artist since she was 20 and has dreamed to work at Studios like Cartoon Network and DreamWorks. She may not be working there just yet but she's built a really strong portfolio and is proving herself time and time again in the creative industry. Currently she's working with Lionsgate right now but since she's working with professionals in the field, her chances of breaking into a place like DreamWorks or Cartoon Network are getting bigger and bigger. All this to say that no matter how impossible your dreams may seem continue to work on them and never give up, never surrender, because one day you'll finally make it.
@@kaneda7368 I'll have to disagree with you here, I think it's better to aim high and miss cause there's a chance it'll actually land, and if it doesn't you can still retry. There's no harm in trying and hoping. I'm still a student so I have no experience with that, but my animation teacher has worked for Illumination, Disney and Netflix (getting hired by Illumination while still im his las school year) and he advised us to aim towards our goal and dream, however high that may be.
@@alexisnotabrocoli4502 maybe i fucked up my wording but i think the main idea was to focus on building a portofolio and work to show off to any studio, not just the big ones. If you don't go to calarts its pretty hard to land a job at disney righy after graduation, for example, because thats where they go to look.
There's talent and hard work involved, but also a lot of luck. Many studios will send out applications, but 9/10 they've already chosen a candidate previously through networking in those big schools, or someone who has been in the industry.
@@kaneda7368 Oh right! I see, my bad :) Yeah it's definitely the kind of job for which networking is crucial. Can't really complain about that if I manage to get through my 3 years of school, the networking and partnerships are know to be pretty incredible .
i actually really liked the dancing girl with the big nose, very unconventional and still beautiful in her own way
so smooth it hurts
You're taking into account your fundamentals very well in everything you've shown here. The weakest animation is in the last shot, but it has the strongest gag! I like that its in there.
How did you color the knight?
Absolutely Breath taking stuff!!!
your animation is so good. you need stories to engage the audience.good luck
It looks interpolated
But it’s not
So that’s how you know it’s good!
Richard Williams would be very proud of these animations if he were alive today. ❤
no
AHHHHH I AM SOOOOOOOO AMAZED BY THESE GREAT ANIMATIORS AHHHHHHHH! I WANT TO DO KNOW HOW TO DO THAT =D
Animation is so smooth. What did you use to make these, Cells or some type of program?
AventE Lain
I think he use TvPaint
I dont even want to make the “hey Disney called, they want their star animation back” because you should just actually apply for Disney if you don’t already cuz WOW.
Which app is using for this
Sigh, such a pity. Look at these brilliant talented artists who put their time, effort in hard work just to provide entertainment for our weary eyes. And yet they aren't bring appreciated enough. Tsk, tsk RUclips outta be ashamed of itself.
Disney animators forevaaaaaar!!
Was any of this rotoscoped ?
i understood why people confuses the Klaus animation exercise. because klaus is release on 2019, this video came out on 2016 lol
Wow, did you work on Klaus??
The Merlin bit was phenomenal, great stuff :)
The animations are extremely smooth
OMG THIS IS AMAZING
Someone: are you a furry?
Me: 0:01
I feel like the last one has a really interesting message. We can get so focused on one particular aspect of our life that anything we do that doesn't directly hit that feels like a miss, when in fact we're learning other things along the way
1:04 wait your working on KLAUS?!
I KNOW!!! I thought the same exact thing! :O
I know this comment is old, but read the description
1:30 onward is a great analogy for life and finding yourself.
Or maybe not following your passions.
Y’all am I crazy or does this look like a scene from klaus 1:05
2d has gotta return, Mowgli and Merlin are counting on it
the first one looks like the lizard from the rescurers: down under
0:28 I don't remember what the name of the music video was but I know it had something to do with gigolos and if you played SF3 it's also where one of Elena's victory animation's is from
What software they using for make this animation?
Hello! Amazing! Good job!
1.Whats the soft you use?
TVPaint?
2. colors the guardian very interest work. What the software?
Тhanks
This is giving me James Baxter vibes
How do you have so little bit of subs????? Your animation is Disnet quality! How do people with extremely stiff animations get thousands of subs??
You predicted the Corona Virus
0:08
I lit up when I saw Baloo appear.
That was good
The lizard in the first scene looks rather like Joanna, from *THE RESCUERS DOWN UNDER*....
2D is amazing... and the same animation principles apply in 3D. 3D you are using puppets which you make in a computer. Both 3D and 2D take a lot of work to do and learn.
niice
what software you use ?
1:05 is that the guy from klaus or just a lookalike?
All of these are awesome! The last scene is my absolute favorite, incredibly creative! I'd say that the weakest point in my opinion was the lip sync in the first clip, but other than that everything looks great and smooth!
What program is used?
I can play the guitar part but can't animate like this. Your work is really terrific!
That last one waa genious!!! The other clips were also really good animation, but that last animation made me laugh out loud. Really creative!
0:16 Holy cow that is one nimble knight. that must have been one hell of a cycle to animate

Great animations, I can tell a great future ahead of you in an animation studio one day.
*_Who else agrees?_*
The first animation to this is my favourite!
2d is eternal! lol
you are so good at animating!!
This man it's a Incredible Animator
That part where he climbed the mountain and turned into a bird was awesome! One day I’ll be able to do stuff like that! ^^
The stockiest of stock music
00:29 im sold bro
All of that was amazing. Keep it up!
Don Bluth - Momocon 2023:
"I do believe 2D animation will come back, and it will be your generation who will do it. Your generation is hungry for it."
The ending signifies of, no matter how many times you miss your shot. Your still hitting your shot through repetition and errors.
This is brilliant! All of these are ASTONISHINGLY well animated! My favorite is the sneeze one!
Do you do custom animations if so can we talk business what’s your email?
ha nice job liked check my animations if you get time thanks
You forgot to fill in so many frames.
Love the Klaus character design of Jesper
This needs more views! Your really really good at this!
Omg, the second one! xD
I wish i was this good lol I'm working on an animated pilot but because I'm doing the animation in its entirety myself sadly i have to sacrifice fluidity to get through the line art quicker if i had just a single assistant i could get way cleaner line work done but it is what it is lol
Awesome work
DId you make klaus too?? Amazing man.
Loved how clever you were with the Sword in the Stone characters and Jungle Book characters since both movies share some repeated animation.
Great works, congratulations!
Title: 2D Animation reel
Me: this is not 2D, this is 3D!
Very good use of visual comedy
0:50
Cuantos fotogramas se usaron aproximadamente en cada animación???
The work is very beautiful and fluid.
Nice
0:21 O MY GOOOOOOOOO.....
1:05 wow. La prueba de cámara del actor que interpretó a Jesper ¿como es posible?
The fluidity reminds me of slavic animation
Congrats for getting alot of views!
I like all this animations, so good.
@Daniele Di Nezio, did you create the lizard at the beginning? If so, can I buy the rights to that design, or have you create a similar design for a cartoon?
Amazing, feels really good to see Goofy and Donald animated in classic style.
Clever animations, good foundations
hehe that was super cool!! i loved the ending :)
não há como não gostar sabendo do trabalho que dá
So good. Did u find an employmendn as an animator? Is it easy to find one?
Grat job bro, u have done a school ? Neme of that ?
how is this guy not a dreamworks animator
the last animation was interesting. and all animation great +
what programs do you use? It is very good and I want to try it
how long did u take do this project?
The animations are smooth
