Luis López being in gta 6 seems very likely. He stayed alive at the end of tbogt and had a very happy ending so moving to another state wouldn’t be surprising.

It’s up to those who believe they’ve been portrayed to prove that someone working for Rockstar directly copied their image without royalties.
They could have made it identical as a persons facial features themselves isn't grounds for copyright, perfectly legal to draw a portrait of someone and the person who did the artwork is the owner. The only avenue would be if the tattoos were drawn in the portrait as direct copies, as the artistic intellectual property existed previously, but then it comes down to who designed and created the artwork originally, which usually isn't the person with the actual tattoo. Nothing is a direct copy so looks like it's 100% legal in all avenues. The second guy is 100% right, the best thing is to capitalise and try to become known also as "the GTA guy"

If that’s the cover art then that would be disappointing. They should stay true to the gta theme of the cover being a collage of photos of different characters, vehicles, and landscapes of the city. The leaked cover will make me think it’s not gonna be as good as the last titles since a lot of the original writers and devs left since the development of 6.

This is what I have seen people hope for in GTA 6, along with what I would like as well.
GTA 6 use to bring out new vehicles with each game iteration in the past game releases after GTA 3. It added in new tech with each new release, from: Motorbikes, to Tanks, to Helicopters, to Aeroplanes, to Jets. A long with adding in larger maps to explore. GTA expanded. They need to do this again.
I would like to see: Dreadnoughts, Ironman Suits, Hulk Busters, Exoskeletons, Drones, Wing Suits, Hover Crafts, Kayaks, Invisibility Suits, Teleportation, Hacking... Even transforming vehicles that turn into: Cars, Planes, Dreadnaughts, Submarines. Futuristic Tech. You know take it to the next level.
I know some don't like the future tech and that some love it. So more session type selection would be good. So people can join the session types which appeals to them.
A really good storyline is important too, like the Money Heist tv Show, Ocean Eleven, Berlin, Italian Job, Indiana Jones, National Treasure, in that players can investigate clues and search for treasures. Or Even like Journey to the Centre of the earth in which the player finds a hidden world, or maybe a secret society that has hidden technology that almost seems like magic, or more steampunk secret society tech in which it's like a new world. You know push the horizon of the game, all leading to more advance stolen tech is used in heists, or in to finding access to hidden areas. Could even do Area 51 and hidden aliens content, which seems very GTA, with alien tech.
What is really important is less time wasting on GTA 6 Online. As in no loading times & network glitches when joining a heist via quick jobs is really annoying. A more smoother online experience.
A better search function instead of Quick Jobs would be useful as well. That way the player will only get jobs in the search they want to do and can pick which to join.
Skipping cutscenes after everyone has seen the cutscene at least twice online is important, each person can watch it or skip it and it doesn't affect the other players watching the cutscene, in that it can be very repetitive and annoying to watch the same outro over and over.
A better economy is very important too, so players don't have to overly grind to buy stuff in game. This means Rockstar focus on patching glitches as fast as they focused on patching money glitches.
If Rockstar wants to gain real currency (Dollars, Euros, and Pounds) then they can make special clothes, objects, and materials, that can only be bought with real money. This way people can flex stuff they bought, that others don't have. Without really effecting game play, it's basically aesthetic preference, and doesn't affect the game play, as players will still be able to get standard stuff. So I think this is a clever way to make money, over hoping for Shark Card sales.
Rockstar could pre-release Online DLC to gain real currency, which is then released two weeks later for all players. This way streamers and youtubers can buy the DLC first before and show what will come out, those not willing to wait will buy the DLC, players that want to get a jump on showing others what to do can also buy DLC early and this will all lead to making money in a way that means that Rockstar doesn't have to try waste players time in hopes players buy shark cards. Overly grindy games with long loading screens, just leaves players feeling they don't have time to play the game and causes players to be salty, especially if they like the game a lot, they won't necessarily play less they will just create a bad in game atmosphere, say how bad GTA is online and put off new players.
If you want people to play more in game without being overly grindy, focus on building community actives, so players stay in the game to be with friends and socialise in the game, this way they will play to hang out with friends, this is a much more reasonable reason for people to play, then to grind to get stuff. It builds connects and bonds and means players want to hang out, it's a focus on caring about people over making money.
I would like more subcultures and diversity in GTA 6. The radio on GTA 5 use to joke about many subcultures, but next to none were in the game. A wider range of NPCs dialogues that are interesting. Also lots of different animals. Even made up animals that are colourful in story mode and online.
I would like a better weapon system that allows for more dynamic switching, plus a wider range of weapon mechanics, so each gun and weapon feels different to handle. More dynamic fighting combat, San Andreas had a good start on this, but more ability to choose moves and that the fighting feels more realistic and less robotic would be the aim. Dynamic fighting animations with weapons that flow within the fight over feeling robotic. Overall a flued movement system that fixes the movement issues in GTA5.
Decent climbing mechanics need to be added as well, in which it feels more dynamic and flued when climbing and less robotic. With the ability to do Parkour moves. Mountain climbing would be cool as well, possibly a grappling hook to help climbing. But importantly better movement dynamics that are flued and flow so movement feels less clunky and robotic.
This would all mean that more in game sports can be added, along with more extreme sports. I would like to see skateboarding, rollerblading or rocket rollerblades. That would be cool in a Miami world. Surfing, kayaking and water sports would be good too. Maybe a Ski Slope for skiing and snowboarding.
I would like some of the game mechanics from San Andreas brought back and improved on. Like gaining weight and muscle, going to the gym, eating in restaurants and at street food carts. This could allow for healthy eating mechanics as well. Junk food verses healthy whole foods. This could be done in relation to doing sports as well.
More enterable buildings is a big one people want, they like to see what NPCs are doing and see what it's like inside another world. This means architecture and good interior design is important too. Which leads to there has to be more to do within those buildings, so it doesn't seem pointless to enter a building. Mini-games, mini stories to unlock via NPCs, Board Games and in-game vr games within buildings to give people more reason to explore buildings would be a good idea too. Searching for clues to a treasure hunt or secret to be found would be good as well. Obviously parkour and flying vehicles would help with appreciating good architecture.
A wider range of customisation mechanics for vehicles, so it feels like you're actually customising a car. Also performance enhancements and in-depth mechanical changes, so that any vehicle can be altered in a way the person wants the vehicle to preform. This way people can be more involved in racing. This will lead to more RUclips videos on tips on how to do performance changes.
Better home customisation, as in more freedom in where objects can be placed in a building and more interior choices. This might currently be out of the scope of the GTA, but the ability to get free land and build a home or building manually, kinda like Minecraft or Lego or No Man Sky, in which you can freely build, a player can just buy a standard building to place there, or build their own. If another player has a home/building on that land you can go up to the front of the land and select to view the players building. Online will load all the players buildings if land has been built on and if multiple players built on the same land and the current user hasn't built on that land, then GTA will randomly select a players building to show or if a friend has built on the land it will give priority to show their friends building, and a player has to view the players building to enter their property. I think this would be a new adaption to GTA, not sure if this is out of the scope of GTA, I just figured it would be something new.
I already said this but I really want it to have no loading glitches and next to no loading time. More focus on making a good experience for players over an overly grindy experience. But I think loading times and glitches are a big issue with GTA 5 that need to not be a problem in GTA 6, this would massively put me off GTA 6, as I have had just about as much as I can take of this in GTA 5, it needs to not happen in GTA 6.
