My US groups brilliantly with JSB exact 8.44g 4.52mm indoors. Outside with a breeze it really opens up, which might explain your results. QYS streamline 9.56g hold the line better outdoors. They’re a really good reliable tool- just bought a superlight to help my aching arms.

Cheers for the input buddy, makes sense. I agree with you about the heavier pellets outside

    Hi Ray,
Thank you for your review of this super air rifle. I have the same one, but in a walnut stock.
I love mine. I've achieved accuracy I'd never have believed if I hadnt seen it with my own eyes, lol.
I find the magazine great to use. I've actually been using mine this morning. It accounted for two Grey Squirrels. I love everything about it, but esspecially the cocking lever. It's just a beautiful, crisp, ball bearing like action. I look forward to everytime I use it, and so enjoy the moment.
I use JSB Heavies. I find them to be a great pellet, accurate over the longer distances. Also, with their heavier more compact design, I find less damaged pellets in the tin. A fantastic air rifle.
    Best wishes, Ian

I guess all barrels are different. I only do these reviews as a guide so don’t take the pellet test of it gospel

Very nice rifle indeed. No reason why you can’t fill to the recommended max 250 bar and get at least 100 or more shots though.
I find mine perform best with certain batches of JSB but they vary wildly between batches so it’s difficult to get one that suits. Some of them are appalling!Barracuda 8 group very well for the first 10 shots or so after using JSB but then fall apart. QYS 8.48 streamlined are now my preferred pellets but need quite a lot through the barrel to get top performance and it upsets accuracy with them testing other brands in between. If you weigh them they are heavier than the stated weight and produce very comparable power and trajectory out to over 70 yards that I have tested.
Keep up the videos very interesting thanks very much.

No point in 250 bar fill runs best from 180-170ish I wouldn’t hunt or hft with it over 180

@@DG-19826yes my unregulated S510 Ultimate Sporter performs very well at the exact same pressure you suggest but my newer one that has the factory fitted series 7 regulator and valve system shoots extremely well from 250 bar down to under 100. It’s slightly lower power than I would like at 760 fps with 8.44 pellets but I get 130 shots with an ES of just 12 fps through the whole charge. It’s the best, most consistent regulated gun I’ve ever had so not necessary to keep it in any sweet spot at all.
I don’t very often fill it to 250 though as you need a full dive cylinder or compressor and I never need that many shots but you can if you want that’s all I meant.

@@DG-19826 I Agee about 170 is the sweet spot on this one

Interesting, the one I own ain't particularly pellet fussy, yes, it has its prefered ones, but all in all damn good with anything quality, that excludes any garbage from Russia..
