It will work perfectly for only people with 28days cycle or below
Someone with different cycle how do u calculate your ovulation period. Example last month cycle was 23 and this month 25 days cycle how do u calculate ur ovulation for the next month bcos in the video you were calculating the ovulation backwards

When the person's period last for about 35 days, doesn't it means the Follicular period will be longer since the other period is always 14?
Yes please because the luteal phase is always 14 days. So if the cycle is long, it is the follicular phase that will be long and if it is short too its the follicular phase that will be short.🙏

Please get to know your cycle length first then we will take it form there. Your menses doesn't necessarily have to come the same date every month.
