I had grown weary of my regular visits to the dermatologist. Sometimes, it's the straightforward changes that yield the best results, and medicated hair care products weren't doing the trick. Guys he is saying perfectly truth. I m working on my hairs since 20 years and I learned too much knowledge with my experience. Dr explained main possible root cause of hair fall. I have heard cashew nuts have zinc as well.. and zinc supplementation may cause copper deficiency so zinc and copper are to be taken together

Great video but Zinc is helpful only in large doses to inhibit the testosterone conversion, which is not fit for human consumption.
But in case you have a deficiency, its good to supplement.
