What circumstances are natural 20s on attack rolls not always critical hits? I didn't know about that.
Question 3 was incorrect in that Forgotten Realms is ONE of the FIVE published settings for D&D. Question 4 is incorrect in that Warlocks were introduced in edition 3.5. I stopped watching a quiz that has only 50/50 error rate.

For the Forgotten Realms question, it was worded as the "primary" setting. Of course, there are other settings, but the Forgotten Realms are generally accepted as the default setting, especially in 5e. 15 of the prewritten adventures, the recent movie, the Baldur's gate games etc are all set in the Forgotten Realms. It's also the most well-known setting. Perhaps I could have reworded the question but I think in spirit there isn't much issue.
For question 4, I should have specified that I was looking for when it was introduced as a core PHB class. In 3.5e it was supplemental. I should have considered this, so my mistake on that one.
