Hi Graham, these are great videos and very helpful, especially for a complete beginner like myself. I was just wondering if you have any future tutorials planned for the FZ82. Thanks
Hi Graham I'm a beginner to using the Panasonic Lumix, (I've got the Lumix - DMC FZ72) what would you advise on how to take better pictures and to get better at photography, keep up the great videos.
Great video, I didn't know about reducing noise and sharpness down to -5 to disable them, and I use the fz1000 myself. Is the fz1000 one of you favourite bridge cameras, and do you prefer it to the newer model. It does seem to take great closeup shots in particular.
The FZ1000 in many ways was like the FZ200. It was a good introduction to the larger 1inch sensor but it was missing some key features that were later added in the FZ2000/2500. Notably the touch screen, cinelike profiles for video and the post focus modes. It gives great results for stills and the 4K video isn't bad so its a good starter 1inch sensor camera
Hi Graham. I've just watched this new tutorial 3. Yes I have the fz330 so I will try your settings. But l also have a G5. The picture settings on that are in minus or plus 3 increments. Would I get the same effect using the G5 in minus 3 as the fz330 using minus 5 ? Regards Ken
Graham Houghton thank you for your very quick reply. Oh yes I made a mistake when I said the G5 was in increments of 3, actually it is only 2, but to the same effect.
Hi Graham. I’m wondering if you know the reason why do I have some “dead” pixels in RAW but none in JPEG, shooting the same frame at the same settings? I’m using FZ2500.
I'm not 100% sure on this but it is possible that the dead pixels are mapped at manufacture and then masked in the jpeg processing. Some cameras have a manual process to do this and I guess that could be part of the long shutter noise reduction dark frame if you use this.
Another excellent video - The David Attenborough of cameras - some great work keep it up
Great video, I always look forward to watching them!

Hi Graham, which camera and setting do you use for making your videos - Thank you for all your videos - Chris
This was with the OMD E-M1 mk2 with the 12-60mm lens

Yes, essentially the controls work in the same way for all the cameras. The lowest number reduces the overall effect of that function.
