When I was a kid, there was a Halloween special where the Van Horn Mansion was used as a haunted house-like theme. My brother, mom and dad went and I never forgot the interesting scenes created there, though in all my interactions with this property was when my mom took me and my brother when we like no older than 10 years of age (at least myself, lol) here just to look around the property itself. I recall glancing up at one of the windows that had heavy drapes and locking onto a figure obscured partially behind. I swear it was a lady with an older, Victorian-styled dress on that in that moment let go and stepped back. Till this day I cherish this little memory or the past that I hold dear with traveling around with my mom. I sure do miss her though.
I am looking forward to coming out to the Van Horn Mansion for a tour! Hope we are permitted to take pictures during the tour!! So glad to have come across this video!
James Sr is still very much in residence. There are quite a few "people" still in the VHM, as well. Who knows who's grave that is in the garden under Malinda's headstone?

I live in newfane ny and I live near the van horn mansion and I have been there and u can feel them there

They have sure fixed up the place since it appeared in red dead redemption II.
