- Filmed September 2024. We stayed in a King Corner Suite with Racetrack View. Room 1030. All in we paid $347 for one night. Parking was free. We look forward to returning once the pool has opened. Perfect stop if you're flying out of the Toronto Airport. Only a 9 minute drive.

Thanks for the room tour, was really curious about it. Very well designed and decorated with all the amenities you would want (mini fridge, microwave, security box). The amount of natural lighting just adds to the open feel and those racetrack views are so unique.
How was the sound insulation - could you hear any noise from above or the adjacent units? The king mattress looked quite firm, which is my preference. Was shower pressure high with instant hot water delivery? What were your pros and cons about the suite. Lastly, how much per night in CAD?

All in, we paid $347 CAD. Sound insulation was good. You could hear the odd plane but it didn't bother us. Zero noise from the adjacent units. Mattress was firm. We enjoyed our sleep. Shower water pressure was decent. Plenty of hot water. The NEST Silician Tangerine toiletries smelled heavenly!
Pros: The room was in mint condition. We booked here because we appreciated the free parking and proximity to the airport (Only 8 mins). The value for money was excellent. We enjoyed the onsite Tim's.
Cons: The pool has not opened yet. I'm guessing prices will increase once it does.
The room was a tad stuffy. We wondered if the HVAC was affected by the race track. Either way, if the pricing is good, we will return. Thanks for watching!
@VegasJoy1 Thanks so much for answering all my questions! The free parking is definitely a huge perk, especially when compared to the $50USD parking rates at some American venues. I've already seen 3 concerts at the theatre there (Gwen Stefani & ITZY twice) and getting in & out of the parking lot was always a breeze.
In the same vein as the room design, the food court area also felt open and airy because of the large window at the far end along with the spread out positioning of the dining tables. My favorite fast food there is the Noodlebox because they prepare everything fresh based on your customized selection, always piping hot. I'm looking forward to seeing more concerts there in the future and will strongly consider booking a room next time based on your tour, thanks!
