    My encounter with heaven taught me this song. I was very sick and on a death bed in 2012 when suddenly my spirit left my body and I saw my body lying on the bed as I was rising and suddenly I heard multitudes of people singing this song. I was then brought back to my body and the following day I woke up completely healed.

God is great all the time I'm going through a lot, now my son is on drugs and I lost my mum, my sister's husband got amputated his leg due to diabetes my elder son got retrenched at work but God is still watching over me he doesn't sleep he won't let my foot slipper everyone who's going through difficulties don't loose hope keep on praying he doesn't sleep he hears all our cries and he will answer when the time is right let's be patient and have faith in him may God bless you all who trust in him🙏❤️❤️

    I remember when I first heard this song. I was 13 years old and had been diagnosed with mild depression everything was just not going well. I had even stopped going to school because of the attacks I got from the teachers and the learners. Bare in mind that during that time I was not so close to God but i remember hearing this song play and i couldn't even sing along but i just weeped so much attempting to pray. This song brought me closer to God and that's how my spiritual growth started ...

    This song blesses me. I heard it for the first time on I Just Wanna Praise, dstv channel 331, in 2013/2014. I had just come back from my failed marriage, pregnant, with a baby who was not 2 years. Lost everything that I worked hard for. This song is still my worship song. God blessed multipled whatever i lost. He says in Joel 2, "So I will restore to you the years that the swarming [a]locust has eaten,
    The crawling locust,
    The consuming locust,
    And the chewing locust,
    My great army which I sent among you.
    26 You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied,
    And praise the name of the Lord your God,
    Who has dealt wondrously with you;
    And My people shall never be put to shame.
    27 Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel:
    I am the Lord your God
    And there is no other.
    My people shall never be put to shame...

    Oct 2019, still here. I lift up my eyes unto the hills, where does my help come from?my help comes from the Lord the creator of heaven and earth. When i go through hard tyms i always remember that my help will only come from the Lord not people. For he says in his word we must cast our burdens to him for he cares. This song really blesses me even today

It really a touching song if you know what God has done for you , you will never have to be without it in your collection. My brother Zweli likes it too much but he don't understand the message but I think spiritually he connects

    The power of this song is seen more when we go through situations and have a near death experience. When we do not just sing because of the melody and the atmosphere, but when we sing it with a thanks giving prayer in our lips and being thankful that indeed "A nga bfumeri nenge wanga wu retemuka (My redeemer will never let my foot slip)"
