Pcos is a no joke. But can i tell you that there are different types of pcos that you should understand. I have pcos too and now i am on my third pregnancy. I maintained and or contained my pcos through my lifestyle. I changed my eating habits getting rid of dairy and processed food. Workout atlst 4x a week.

I've had bad dysmenorrhea ever since I got my first period. Parang I can't remember a time na chill lang yung monthly dalaw because there was none. To the point that I had to always take meds to survive a day. When I stopped taking meds every period, there was a time (college time at the city) na I collapsed at the road while trying to go to the store to buy meds because di na talaga kaya. I always thought na hindi na ako mabubuntis dahil sa tingin ko may problema talaga. But I got pregnant at the age of 26. No lifestyle change, no diet change. When it's for you, it's for you talaga. In God's perfect time. Always pray. 🙏

Amazing how they can be both goofy and sensible at the same time.
I go to my OB just last month, because of delayed period and almost two months of spotting ( abnormal uterine bleeding ) after tests and transv ultrasound the findings were myoma and PCOS.

I was diagnosed PCOS also last July 2020, I gained weight a lot at naglalagas po ang buhok ko. Pero by God's grace after ng married namin last Nov. 2020 nabuntis po ako.. I'm 4 months pregnant na po.. Wag po kayo maeslan ng pag asa.. Godbless to the both always.

I was diagnosed with PCOS two years after I gave birth. My symptoms were acne and weight gain. My daughter is now seven and we haven’t tried having another baby yet. Maybe soon because I am now 34 and baka slimmer na the chances to conceive..

I totally can relate to you, Verniece! I went to my doctor this morning because I was diagnosed with PCOS after having my ultrasound last month. The doctor said it's something genetic though... and like if you have PCOS now, you always had it then. It's not something that has suddenly grown in you, said she. Watching your video right now's confusing me. 😅 I hope to see a vlog of yours telling more information about your case.
And by the way, yes! Age does matter. 🙂 There's a certain age among females when the eggs are healthier and when they're not.

I am 24 and diagnosed with PCOS when I was 17. The effect on me is different though. I am underweight and have difficulty to have normal BMI. Been taking different OCP, countless ultrasounds, and thyroid tests. Fortunately, the cysts do not grow bigger and other tests results are normal. Hoping that someday too, when right time comes, I will have my own family. To everyone who are having their own silent battles, keep going. We will all overcome it, by God’s grace 🙏

Same Verniece! My dysmenorrhea is also worst, I DISCOVERED THAT i have endometrial cysts, my one ovary has also issues and I am prone to have ectopic pregnancy. My PCOS is also starting to develop. Hayy, so many stress for this year.
