This recipe is easy to make and you and prepare the dough and sauce in advance and keep in the fridge. You can also keep half baked pizza base in your deep freezer for a month and cook with it anytime you want.

Ingredients
For Dough
Flour (all purpose) - 1¼ cup
Semolina (suji) - 1 tbsp
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Baking Soda - ¾ tsp
Salt - a generous pinch
Sugar - a pinch
Curd - 2tbsp
Oil - 1tbsp
Water - as required
For Sauce
Olive Oil - 2tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1tsp
Chilli flakes - 1tsp
Tomato chopped - 2cups
Onion chopped - ¼ cup
Salt - to taste
Oregano/Italian seasoning - 1tsp
Pepper powder - to taste
Basil leaves(optional) - few sprigs
Water - a dash

Had prepared the pizza (on Saturday last week) using a combination of flours: whole wheat +all purpose+ oats + samolina. Followed the instructions of pizza sauce and preparation. Kids loved it and I had to prepare it again on Sunday. "Thank you" chef for this amazing recipe. This made our weekend.
You can follow Kunal's recipe blindly and he explains it so well as to why we are doing something in a particular way. that's the best part I feel. I learned making Kerala Parota by seeing his videos and it came out awesome. Now I'm the expert Kerala parota maker in my whole family..😁😁.. Kunal made it look so simple. And his videos aren't too long. I'm a big fan.

Yummm i tried it and i was impressed how easy it is to make base and pizza sauce . U made it look so simple and easy chef . I tried in exact 30 min while my dough was resting everything was done and just then it took 5 min to steam it. Love it so so so much .❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kunal I tried today and it was excellent I was bit lazy so I mixed Tomato sauce with equal amount of chilli sauce with few drops of Soya Sauce, added chilli flakes and oregano Pizza sauce was ready.
Toppings I followed your same procedure.

I first tried this recipe a month ago when you uploaded this vedio and believe me it became my go to pizza recipe. I made atleast 6 pizza’s with this method in a month and it was so simple and the yummiest. I cant thank you enough for uploading this vedio, I no more order pizzas and you made me escape those oven cleaning things, temperature settings and all. Moreover I’m saving my pizza sauce money which I earlier used to get from stores. I’m getting such a yum pizza in a simple pan 🍕 ♥️

Its is a Very simple and effective recipe. Although I made it using readymade pizza base, but it came out to be be so yummy.....and my parents loved it too....❤️🥰 The crust was crunchy and evenly cooked, though I prepared it using tava 😍

I just made it, the were some inconsistencies with dough cooking maybe due different pan that i used. But overall such easy recipe to follow. We homecooks need easy to follow recipes like this. I couldn't believe I made pizza dough myself. My family loved it. Pizza sauce was fingerlicking. Thanku chef.
Kunal bhai main lagbhag 2 saal se ghar mein khud pizza banaya hain, bahut sare videos dekhe hain lekin aapka tarika bahut hi saral aur sulabh hain.
