These hatzoloh ambulances are the worst when it comes to noise; they are annoying and even more so are the ones in the unmarked cars who race up and down the street with their extra loud ass sirens for no reason at all.

They know how to use sirens and horns. Out here in the country we would do the same thing if not more. Our rescue truck and we'd have our Q siren, electronic siren and airhorn on. Nothing wrong with clearing traffic properly and safely
Actually, the hatzoloe here in NYC try not to use the siren as much.
FDNY EMS on the other hand annoy the fuc> out of me because they drive with it all day every day.
Hatzala try to only use the siren at intersections and where it's necessary.
They understand how it can bother someone and be harmful to some.
