Nice home... If it were me I would have a cabinet build to hide the tank by the stove that way the items on the stove can be placed on top.. Even though you said it's a tight budget the appliances are very nice.. Everything is quite nice. Blessings 🙌

The kitchen could have been cleaner and the bathroom could have been updated a little bit for less than $100 in US money. I did not see any ceiling light covering. Do the apartments have full floor covering? Why is the washer in the tiny bathroom where there is no storage cabinets?
