I have received RFE to submit medical and w2 and 1099s of my spouse. Is it a green signal ? I had applied i-485 on may 10th 2023. And received RFE on 5th June 2023(after 25 days of submission of I-485). Received letter for biometrics as well.
I just renewal my PR last September 2022 and receive i-797 even though I'm living abroad. Last month USCIS send me RFE letters but I haven't received yet . So I contact them back my email, In the RFE letters asking for : Resident address in USA Mailing address in USA When I return to USA But I'm living abroad, what should I do? Thanks for your response
