NRG Comp Cheerleading 2010

NRG Competition Cheerleaders were Australian National Champions in Cheerleading and Pom in 2010.
This footage shows snippets of the Junior Level 1 Team, the Teen Level 2 Team, Junior Pom Team, and Senior Pom team at the AASCF National Championships in Melbourne, October 2010.

The NRG COMP CHEERLEADERS are a specially selected group of dancers and cheerleaders from NRG Studios Illawarra. They train hard each week in dance, stunting, tumbling, jumps, conditioning and flexibility, and travel to attend State, National and International Comps.
NRG Studios also offers RECREATIONAL CHEERLEADING for those wanting to learn all theses aspects of cheerleading. This is for students who do not wish to compete, but still want to learn some great cheer routines and perform for friendly crowds around the local area.
