Successful dough for eclairs | Eclair with custard.

    Preparation. First prepare the cream and let it cool down. Mix all the ingredients for the cream and cook over medium heat until thickened.
    For the dough: Add milk, water, butter, salt and vanilla to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then turn off the stove and add the flour, mix until it becomes a one-component mass, after mixing completely, turn on the stove and cook until the dough is dry, that is, until it sticks to the bottom of the pan. Transfer the prepared dough to another bowl and wait until it becomes warm. Once the dough has warmed up, add the eggs one at a time and mix. When you add the egg, the dough will break at first and mix continuously until the dough is normal. Eggs need to be added to this dough one at a time. 2 eggs were enough for my dough, you may need more. After it is ready, bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
    For glaze: Mix cream and milk and cook on the stove until thickened. When preparing the glaze, make sure that the cream does not boil.
