@@Hawrzzz I would recommend using A LOT of structural items like the simple shapes and stuff, I have built some of those in the past and it takes AWHILE! I also recommend keeping it simple and modern and also there some yt that build like that for example I think minami oroi has a couple of those builds I might be wrong, there’s also lavv she’s a coquette builder but I think they have sinuaapects if you just change the colors and keep it a bit realistic!
I made so many preppy houses seen others build but it never costed 10k sure one of my builds cost 11k but that's becuz it's a city and every building took me 1k bur just one preppy house I've seen ppl use max 6k but me as a pro builder we need to also manage money like 1k is enough for a tiny preppy house but like a bit bigger then maybe 3k or 4k not 10k but all ur other tips are great and I'm using them rn!
