Noah Davison That's probably just the guy saying that. If you look very few receivers and DBs wear knee pads. Hell I don't even know if AJ green wears thigh pads, it doesn't look like it at least. It gives them a lot more lateral mobility and they usually won't need them like lineman or backs do. I could see that just being an excuse the player made up

Dominic Decoco im guessing he is not there to hold your hand (PLAYERS). Everyone knows what they need to do( maybe why he lets players be themselves) and that is why they have a coach for every position (pyramid coaching) on every team. I have never got how he coaches cause you dont hear him say anything too elaborate on field. Im guessing he does alot of coaching to his staff? Idk, but he has a winning system! VIVA LA PETE! He doesn't undermine the coaches to the players but do a little research you'll see that he talks with coaches away from the players constantly to keep everyone on the same track.
