Most complicated system for buying and selling cars in Pakistan after comparing with rest of the world.
Whereas in US, you just need the title only for buying and selling the cars.

Sir, recently an incident happened in G11-3 Islamabad. My brother's neighbor wanted to sell his car. A poor man, having an old Mehran with him. A guy came to his house and said, he wants to drive the car and would buy it if its up to his choice. Both the buyer and seller sat in the car and went for drive. In thier drive, the buyer called a number (probably a fake call) and spoke with someone, saying that he is coming to home and the amount be kept ready because the car is good. After that he stopped the car near a medical store and told the seller to buy him Panadol tablets as he was having headache. The poor guy went out of his car and entered the medical store. The buyer saw the opportunity and took away the car and disappeared. The seller is a poor معلم of a Medressa so is his wife and thier only source of income is teaching Quran to students. He lodged FIR in Police though but he won't be getting his car back, that's for sure. Kindly share it in your next video in order to avoid this happening with others.

Thank you for such details, liken masala wo hai govt ko transfer process easy ban'na chaye, abhi tk cards nh milty registration ke, aur waha pe sb kuch pura bhe hu tu govt wala banda kehta hai ke yeh nh hai liken koi masala nh mjy 500 do mei kr deta hu etc etc. upper se hisab theek hu jye tu nichy khudi hu jye ga.
