Udyr is giga broken and that regen should nto be in the game, but what is that focus by him during laning phase? As vayne you cannot get outscaled by an udyr, just get 10cs/m and win, he gave up like 40 minions to auto attack udyr which did 0 dmg and then he blames lee sin (well aware the ganks and zoning off caused a lot of cs drop and xp drop, but he could've had kraken 3-4 mins sooner just from ignoring udyr

Those are people calling out when someone’s flash is going to no longer be on cooldown. So at 6 minutes 50 seconds supp flash will be up and at 8 mins 45 seconds the adc will have flash again. They do this so the whole team is aware (and nobody forgets or is unsure) and they can use either their flash advantage/lack of enemy flash to get a kill.
