What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 13 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX - interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything - be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up creation. You could really call any character boring in the way that you explained Garou, since everyone'll play a character in a similar way. The better that they get with the character, the more riskier combos they'll do with them (different combos / variety). Everyone's going to use a similar combo if it's good and easy, that's just how you learn a character.
Yes, but any character can easily survive without combos except garou. I main saitama and normally destroy garou players with ease, and I used to play on a laggy phone. They're normally all the same. Lots are overconfident too. One tried to fight me for 10 mins simply because I beat them once. They have fragile egos
Also I don't use combos but this is basically how to kill any garou as saitama.

This isn t even a combo. It's what I've learnt from the public server garou user
And I kid you not, most of the time it will work. But then you have to deal with them trying to attack you for the next decade to recover their burnt ego
Also if the garou thinks you'll use 1., they will mash 4 for their life. That's why you use all the other moves first, because they will know that's the only attack supposedly not on cd
The reason why pretty much everyone uses the same combo is bc garou is the only character with a counter in its regular moveset which lessens the variety for combos

I mainly use Saitama because I prefer looking awesome over doing insane combos and I do agree with you that they’re all the exact same. The main thing though is probably the toxicity. 90% of the toxic players use Garou. You’ll know because they like to rub in their kills by using hunter’s grasp after you’re already dead.
And you get an extra kill plus regen when using hunter’s grasp, btw

I use hunters grasp for extra regen and bar. I'm a saitama main and I agree with you. I even have a moveset for a public server garou (they're that predictable) but I sometimes use garou (I don't spam combos)
I still feel like oneshot combos are cheese but if you make them flashy it could be cool
I use garou mainly because it's best for learning but if I'm doing 1v1 or just grinding kills I switch to saitama
I feel like the problem is that all his moves (besides his counter) are grabs, which leaves little room for creativity. He is the only one that has 3 grab moves, saitama is the opposite, all his moves involve no grabbing, and are very versatile which makes him fun. Another character, metal bat does have 2 grab moves, but all his moves flow together well which gives lots of creativity aswell while still having grabs.
Garou is made for the people liking the grab moves yes I know it’s hard to creatively connect them other than side dashing and catching in the air but still I think it gives a bit of challenge to garou

I feel like boring isn’t the best word for it. More like generic. He’s honestly probably one of the best characters, he just gets overused so much that hero hunter players all seem to be the same now.
garou isnt boring it really just depends on how you play him . a lot ofm people are sweats and be toxic with garou because of its skill but playing garou the normal way is actually relaxing and fun

Garou is one of the most fun characters in my opinion. Yeah, only if you know what you're doing, I've been using Garou since he got released. The combos are extremely fun and feel so good to pull off.

i use garou cause he's got good, reliable combos and bait setups. His combos always have the potential to not kill, but set up the opponent to get hit by a mixup. thats why i like playing garou because he's a really skilled character with simple combos for beginners, and hard combos for more experienced players.
The thing is, saitama is better for more experienced players. Most the saitamas I meet give a tough fight
as a saitama main (nowadays), If you need to improve fast, use Saitama, because the movement of it if it is perfectly hit and timed you can destroy low kill players or even senior player sometimes. Garou can be mostly used nowadays. Genos is low used. Or maybe even sonic.

Garou's moveset is rather artful imo. His focus on close combat and minimalist fighting style ( as opposed to the large aoe attacks of other characters not including his utl mode ofc) make garou pleasant to watch and use. A higher skilled mirror match using him is just easier to follow critically. Find two talented Garou players and just imagine the Sakura petals fall as they clash. A sick sight fr.
Also, it's unfortunate that toxic players are usually the cause of a disliked character. Doesn't even matter what the game is.

As a garou main, I do see where you are coming from. There are a ton of garou users doing the same combo because it does damage. They completely disregard the practicality of the combo. Personally, I make up the combo during the fight because I have used garou for a while now, so I have the level of quick thinking to do so.
For me the reason why all garou combos are the same is because garou is the only character with a counter which makes the choices of combos less because now u only have 3 moves to make a combo with

I sometimes sweat when I’m doing ranked 2v2 and my teammate is out of lives but mostly I just play regularly and do normal combos and just blah blah sometimes I do Kyoto sometimes I do another combo, thing is, there are less combo possibilities bc one move is a counter and all the combos do around the same damage. I also feel like Saitama could be another candidate because they’re always either pros or horrible, and the three m1s into shove into 4th m1 also can get repetitive, so can many other Saitama moves. So many techniques and combos are boring! Anyways, the point I’m trying to get to is that at some point, if you’re good enough, you’ve seen everything and everything is equally boring.

Garou isn’t boring it’s just that some people don’t know how to use him properly, and some sweats just use him to be toxic but he’s actually fun to use

nah i dont think so, every time when I encounter a garou user, I will always see them using the same combo like kyoto combo, lordheaven combo etc... I know that u have to be very skillful to use Garou's movesets but once you master a specific combo of garou, u will see that the combo ur using is basically the same combo that people are using.

Maybe garou is boring cause every person plays him, like you join a server and you see like 5+ players using garou. I also main garou, but it is not boring for me, it's always exciting to learn something new and achieve good combos. Just my opinion. Nice video.

theres quite a few ways to play garou but ppl only consider using the same combo bc its objectively the best. if you try playing the game for fun instead of for doing dmg and winning, you might find that garou is not that boring. ofc its all opinion so

The reason I love garou is for the fun complex combos and fast m1s. Genos on the other hand has slow m1s and only 1 combo (that ive seen), or people just spam with him instead.

Personally, i didn't know other garou users do mini uppercut then lethal then flowing without jumping. But I admit it's somewhat boring for other people,but metal bat is one of the characters that you need the most skill to use,and I would say it's the best one to use if you want to improve your skills,and I already mastered a combo for it.

As a mobile garou main, I kinda and don't agree with you. Because learning new combos is cool, for example. This is gonna sound dumb but I finally learnt how to 4m1 side dash then flowing water. It was exciting and felt cool doing on ppl, but once you get good and do complicated combos then I get it. You accomplished everything there is to him

ngl I feel kinda bad for my friend now yesterday I just taught him my guide to the game and his favorite character was garou but other than that nice video and may I have a tut on tts?
Well the thing is garou is an ez main because the more u hit attack the more u heal. The difference between a noob and a pro garou player is them using the counter, if they use it alot it means that they suck but if they only rely on the other 3 moves then they're actually good. Another subject is when someone does flashy stuff with u for example the kyoto combo or 2 m1 3rd move combo if yk what i mean. If u rely only on m1's and dashes with garou u might even add the 1st move in if the players a bit far. My flashy one shot combo is downslam, 3rd move, q, uppercut mini, 1st move, uppercut mini into 2nd move and then add the cherry to the cake with the 3rd move.
Using counter is great tho, breaks out of un true combos, can combo start if you look away on the last hit, baiting, if you don’t use counter and only rely on the 3 other moves, it’s either you are too aggressive or just can’t time it

Honestly I don't find Garou boring, it's the one I use the most besides Saitama, many people sometimes it hurts me to criticize when I beat them for supposedly spamming, but the truth is that I stopped a while ago repeat the combos, I only do them maximum 2 times in a fight, then I mainly put my reaction speed.
There is and no one talks about the experienced saitamas who always do 2 and then 3 to always throw you to the ground.

I love how true this video is. The first character i mained was garou but at around 2k kills i didnt want to play it anymore cause it was all the time the same combo and techs. now i removed the "main character" concept from my playstyle and instead i jump from saitama, genos, sonic, metal bat and atomic ( most underrated char )
i don’t get it though.. People are bound to get bored of something, i mean every possible combo for Garou has been found that’s why he’s boring BUT when the Kyoto combo was found alot of people actually had fun using the combo, MOST people can relate because they’ve used Garou when they started playing.
And what’s next? Saitama? i bet that when every possible combo that Saitama can do has been discovered he’ll be the most boring character #2.

Garou is definitely my favorite visually, but there’s only a handful of combos to do so I feel like it can get a little repetitive.

As a Garou user, I can tell what holy grail is coming from the developer put multiple move sets in the game. We don’t need to just use the same one and the reason why we probably use the it because we probably see skilled RUclipsrs using it a lot.

I gotta agree with you on this one. The Garou players always go to the most annoying ones. I had a guy who tried to kill me and he was at the top of the leaderboard. He started attacking but I used a few Saitama tips I learned but did 3 punches and consecutive which is the perfect counter but I caught him in the perfect bait. But yeah I killed him very easily. And he said “L A M E” I died of laughter. I got him 3 times and he called me bad every time. But yeah that guy was stuck with a combo that can barely get you below half hp and mashes his counter

I can relate because garou is a melee character and garou's move set doesnt have a alternate move like metal bat so what i mean is garou needs to be like metal bat's move set to give it a little more fun experience and garou only has one grab move and no long range moves.

Garou has a lot of repetition but the base animations are very cool and different compared to other characters but I get your point.
the problem is, A 60% hp combo is SO EASY TO MAKE, LIKE SO EASY THAT YOU CAN JUST SPAM 1, 3 AND 2 TWO TIMES AND BOOM, WHOLE HP GONE

you're saying that garou experienced players have the same combo, but if you meet saitama experienced players they're doing the same combo as you're doing and same goes for sonic and genos
Garou is fun and my favorite and it takes skill too do some of his combos like twisted
Today I was playing TSBG and I used Genos then later it was 2v1 me and my teammate my teammate js only helps me when I secretly needed it but eventually I destroyed the player using Genos haha it was pretty Intense ngl
For me garou is basically a thing cuz it has a "counter" if not then it would be a server without them and also i only use garou in duels since sometimes ppl fighting there are just complete blood thirsty
The fact that people do Kyoto just makes me feel like burning them to black with genos. I mean, doing a whirlwind stream right before a streaming water sounds easier itself, why do the opposite when it’s harder. Also, they do the same damage, who cares how flashy or cool the combo looks, they are still the same ._.
