I love love love your universal tips! They are so much easier to work with. The universal tips have thinness to them so you don't have to file much to level them and they are pre-shaped, less filing all together. ❤
I love the not polish stiletto tips, I can cut the tip off to make them a nice coffin or ballerina. They are perfect thickness easy to smooth down for a nice acrylic application. They glue on easily. I do have regular square ones but the not polish stiletto tips are the ones my clients ask for most. They love the way they slim their hands and make them look dainty and natural.
I love any universal tips because it truly does help us achieve that flawless look that all people want ! & if you have shaping problems than these help so much !
Speaking as a beginner tech, the pre shapes help a lot! But i would say I enjoy the square tips more only because im able to practice getting the shape i want vs it already being done for me.

Love the not polish tips by the way!!! Never had tips that are so universally made! It makes the process so much easier! Yes it’s good to learn how to make shapes with regular tips just in case that’s all you have to work with, but I’d replace all my tips with the not polish tips in a heartbeat because of the fact that no matter what shape the client wants these tips can be used for any shape or size that’s needed!!! Love these tips!!!!!! Thank you not polish for making my job so much easier! Not just with the tips but with the wide range of colors that I’ve been able to not have to use nail polish anymore!!! Makes things so much easier!! Definitely recommend all the products Not Polish has to offer!!

I actually don’t work with tips. I’m obsessed with sculpting the tip on a nail form for each set to custom build the nail tips to the clients nails. I learned something new with the embossing of the design! Thank you for that. I also ordered my first acrylic powders in the creme brûlée and 2 other ones cannot wait to keep practicing!

I use both depending on what I'm doing. Preshaped - if designing a set of press-ons, since I'm using a nail stand. Square - if working on an actual hand, because it allows me to cut/file nails into different shapes. So my preference depends on what I'm doing. Thanks for the informative & encouraging videos and I like the fact that you repeat yourself...makes the tutorial easier to follow.

You can create your coffin, almond, tapered square, round, in seconds with little filling. HIGHLY recommend. And I think the universal tips are beginner friendly.

I’m a beginner so I like the preshaped nails. I’m still learning so I feel sooo accomplished when I lay my acrylic correctly n not have to do a whole lot of filing to shape the nails. I like the look of the tapered coffin tips. It looks more polished n classy to me.
I personally prefer to sculpt my nails. However if I do use tips I do really appreciate a preshaped tip! They cut your filing time down and make the whole process easier! I love this nail design!
Right now I'm sculpting, I am working on perfecting my technique. I do love the curved tips (I'm old school...lol!) I also like the precut, because it's easy for shaping. Shaping can be a real pain so being able to use pre shaped tips is a real help and reduces time in building and filing. I LOVE LV! I'm going to practice this! Thank you!

I absolutely love the NotPolish Universal tips because they are not thick and are very easy to work with.

I haven't tried pre-shaped tips but I have definitely been using the regular ones because my clients like the curve nails and also that's what I been use too, but I have had a couple of clients who prefer the straight look so I went ahead and order the universal tips and today will be my first time using them! I'm really excited.
I like both tips for different reasons. Preshaped are nice but sometimes different clients have fingers that look better with the square ones and then I just adjust it to whatever shape they like. Thank you for this tutorial I can’t wait to try it

I like both tips for different reasons. Preshaped are nice but sometimes different clients have fingers that look better with the square ones and then I just adjust it to whatever shape they like. Thank you for this tutorial I can’t wait to try it

I just started creating nail art, so I prefer the preshaped tips. Great for beginners. I start my manicurist program next month so I’m sure I’ll learn the other way to shape tips.

That's actually a great tip, I rarely use tips as I prefer forms but good to know!! Also great tutorial for the LV design! Loved it!
I’m totally obsessed with designer as well!! I’m new to the nail world so it’s fun learning all this new stuff! As for tips, I really like the preshaped tips for the press ons I make... buuuut for acrylics I prefer to use forms over tips, if I absolutely have to use tips I like using the ones that aren’t preshaped.
